The Parkview is the buffet restaurant on the third floor of The Shilla Jeju (75 Jungmungwangwang-ro 72beon-gil, Seogwipo). It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner; October 2026 posts list 80,000 won per adult for breakfast or lunch, and 150,000 won on weekdays / 170,000 won on weekends and holidays for dinner. Posts mostly describe the dinner spread (snow crab, lamb rack, sushi) and the lunch with its noodle station and steak. What sets it apart
- There is a queue at the door for the 6 pm dinner opening. Four posts saw one: a line forming from 5:50 pm on a weekend, plenty of people already waiting at 5:40, and 'already a long line' for a 6 pm booking; one lunch post saw a long entry line despite booking on Naver. One post explains that even on weekends dinner is not split into two seatings — everyone enters at 6 pm, and the sushi and lamb-grill stations then had waits of over 10 minutes.
- Nine posts say they booked. Two booked on Naver; one hotel guest only booked a weekend 6 pm slot at check-in and was told seats go in booking order so only tables by the entrance were left — though they were in fact seated further inside. That post adds that even a package including the buffet still needs a separate reservation.
- Four posts did not pay full price: a guest who got 20% off that day instead of the usual 10%, a Samsung Card Dining Week diner who got 50% off plus a bottle of wine, a Jeju resident who paid 136,000 won instead of 170,000 for weekend dinner with the 20% residents' discount, and a family who used a 50%-off dinner offer for guests staying two nights or more, with children free.
- Three posts came with children: asking for baby food for a 7-month-old brought a meat porridge; a 35-month-old would not sit for a minute so the parents ate in turns; a child's favourite was the steamed egg. Several posts repeat that children 36 months and under eat free.

From the car park you enter the lobby on the fourth floor; the restaurant is one floor down on the third. Four posts describe going to the third floor; one says you go down 'by stairs or elevator', another that you simply take the central staircase down one floor.
No post describes entering by wheelchair or stroller, or mentions a step at the entrance; one post says the third floor can be reached by elevator. That is not evidence of a step — simply that no one wrote about it.
Only one post mentions the toilets: they are a long way from the restaurant, which hurt on four trips. No one describes where exactly they are or whether they are separate by gender.

What we do not know
- No post arrived by bus; every diner either drove or was staying at the hotel.
- Prices have gone up. A post citing May 2026 prices gives 70,000 won per adult for breakfast or lunch and 150,000 for dinner; October posts give 80,000 for breakfast or lunch, and 150,000 on weekdays / 170,000 on weekends and holidays for dinner. Posts repeat that the 10% guest discount excludes drinks.
- The lunch tenderloin comes and goes: a September 2026 lunch post found it replaced by LA galbi and pork ribs, while an early-October post says it is back. One regular was told the tteokgalbi and spicy pork alternate by day.
- Hours are set per meal: posts give breakfast 7:30–10:30, lunch 12:00–14:30, dinner 18:00–21:30. The 'daily 7:30–22:00, no closing day' line is copied from a listing block.
- Two phone numbers appear: 064-735-5334, given by three posts as the restaurant's reservation line, and 064-735-5114, the hotel switchboard, also given by three. Two posts booked through Naver instead.
- Of the 8 posts we set aside, five are hotel round-ups with Yeogi-eottae booking links that repeat the same blurb and the same figures (breakfast 7:30–10:30, 80,000 won, 10% guest discount); one states outright that the writer never stayed. We treated their contents as copied and did not rely on them.
