A Japanese restaurant on the 4th floor of Jeju Dream Tower (Grand Hyatt Jeju) in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City. In the main hall people order à la carte — salmon nigiri at 6,000 won a piece, tendon or ramen at 20,000 won, skewers — while the private rooms and griddle seats serve a teppanyaki course cooked in front of you. What sets it apart
- On the teppan course the chef cooks right in front of you — three posts say so, and two of them ate the course in a private room. A November 2024 post notes the chef was Japanese; an April 2026 post was seated at a griddle counter just for the two of them.
- Four posts booked ahead. One (November 2024) booked on Naver three days before and was told on a confirmation call that the teppan course has to be reserved in advance; another (December 2025) booked by phone.
- Three posts found it expensive and one called the prices good for a hotel. Sea urchin at 28,000 won a piece drew 'prices from another world'; an eight-piece sushi set at 58,000 won felt undistinguished. One more post is split: the child balked at the salmon nigiri price while the parent found the portions generous.
- Portions split. Two posts found them large (the omurice, and the 7-course teppan); one found the teppan course too small. A post on the 5-course said the steak was small but felt full by the end.

The 4th floor comes from the address and check-ins; no post described the floor from experience. One April 2026 post only says they took the elevator from their room and followed a signposted walkway into Dream Tower.
No one wrote about steps at the entrance or wheelchair or stroller access. One post went with a baby but said nothing about getting in. That means unknown, not absent.
The only toilet mention is one post placing the smoking room next to it; we don't know whether the toilet is inside the restaurant or separated by gender.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 12 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post described getting here by bus; most visitors were staying in the hotel or already inside the building.
- No post mentioned waiting. One went outside mealtimes and found it empty, another found the teppan seats quiet; we don't know about peak dinner hours.
- Two posts list the hours as 17:00–24:00, closed Mondays and Tuesdays, but both copied this from a listing rather than observing it.
- No one gave the price of the teppan course — only a 20,000-won hanwoo upgrade and a 10% discount for Jeju residents or premium cards (November 2024). One couple charged the meal to their room and never saw the total.
