An all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu and rice-paper-roll restaurant at Wollang-ro 30 in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City, on the main road by the Bonjuk intersection. You take beef and pork from a freezer yourself and fill up at a central bar of vegetables, roll fillings, fried snacks, tteokbokki, tacos and ice cream. Unlimited meat is 23,900 won for adults on weekday evenings after 3 pm and weekends, 19,900 won at weekday lunch; a fixed-portion weekday lunch set with 80 g of beef is 13,900 won. Meals end with noodles or porridge cooked in the broth, and three posts said each table can order one egg for the porridge. No one described the floor or any stairs from experience; only the address says ground floor. One post noted two entrances.

Of the 21 posts we gathered, 6 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Accounts of the bar late in the day differ. One February 2026 post said meat and bar food stopped being restocked from 8 pm, clearing began around 8:15 and coffee and drinks were switched off, and said they would not return. A March 2025 post said it was refilled right away, and two posts that came around 2 pm found it sparse.
- One post found the staff friendly; another said the staff on their visit spoke little Korean and spoke Chinese.
- Few posts judged the meat: one found a slight gamey smell in the pork, another found the beef brisket greasy after a while.
- Only one post, from December 2024, mentioned waiting: busy after work but seated without a wait. No one wrote about peak-time queues.
- No one wrote about arriving by bus; stop names and a public-transport recommendation appear only in promotional text and info blocks, and two posts put it 8-10 minutes from the airport by car.
- Eleven visit posts gave opening hours: ten said 11:00-21:30, one said until 21:00. Eight gave last orders at 20:30, two said no closing day, and several noted there is no afternoon break. Many of these were copied info blocks.
- Several posts gave the same phone number, 0507-1429-0471. Naver booking appears only in info blocks; no one said they booked ahead.
- We set aside posts that read as promotion: a sponsored post with no account of the meal, one whose title matches the shop's own blurb and lists seat counts and buyouts, and one that claimed an underground car park and an afternoon break unlike every other post. A December 2024 post said everything except the meat was unlimited; we could not tell whether unlimited meat was offered then.
