Beijing Deok
베이징덕 Beijing Deok is simply the Korean way of saying 'Peking duck', the whole roast duck the house is built around.
Compiled from 11 blog posts read in fullSources →
A Peking duck restaurant on the second and third floors of a building across from Dream Tower in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City. A whole duck is roasted and served as skin, breast and leg, wrapped in pancakes, followed by a soup or hot pot. Two October 2026 posts put a whole duck at 98,000 won and guobaorou and mapo tofu at 18,000 won each. We read 20 posts from September 2025 to October 2026. Six were about China House, the hotel restaurant inside Dream Tower, or other places, so we set them aside; two did not describe a visit. The remaining twelve are first-hand visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- This is a place you book ahead. Eight of the twelve visits say they reserved. One says the duck was timed to their arrival; another, in late October 2025, says the restaurant had forgotten their booking and served eight-treasure stir-fry while the duck was prepared. A September 2025 post booked a private room through Naver, paying a 40,000 won deposit (10,000 for the duck, 30,000 for the room) that was taken off the final bill.
- There are private rooms. Seven posts mention them, and two (September 2025 and May 2026) actually ate in one. The main hall has round tables with lazy Susans.
- You order from a tablet at the table. Five posts say so, noting the menu has photos.
- Three posts say the kitchen by the entrance is open, with the reserved ducks hanging in view. One September 2025 post was disappointed that, unlike elsewhere, the duck is not carved at the table.
2 more
- Portions split opinion. Four posts found them generous; one, a table of four adults, said a single duck was far too little. A May 2026 post gave up partway through the duck and soup.
- Opinions on richness split too: two posts found the duck greasy (one stopped eating, another's parents disliked it), one found it not greasy at all.

Parking
1 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

One post saw a car park right next door; another recommended the nearby public car park. Five other posts repeat the same boilerplate about a lot beside the building, which we did not count. No one says how many cars fit.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| Second floor | 1 of 11 posts |
|---|
The restaurant is upstairs; a May 2026 post says they walked up the stairs to the second floor.
No one says whether there is a lift, a step at the door, or wheelchair or stroller access. One post walked up the stairs, which does not mean there is no lift.
No post mentions the toilets — where they are or whether they are separated by gender.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 13 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No one describes getting there by bus. One post says it is a three-minute walk from Dream Tower, another ten minutes by car from the airport.
- Almost no one describes waiting. One post arrived around 2 p.m. in May 2026 to no queue and a quiet room. The line about waiting 30 minutes to an hour without a booking is repeated advice in the look-alike posts, not experience, so we did not count it.
- Seven posts give opening hours of 11:00–23:00, but five of them are the same boilerplate block; only one, from May 2026, wrote it independently. A September 2025 post gave 13:00–01:00 daily — we cannot tell whether the hours changed or it was a mistake. No one mentions a closing day or last order.
- The only prices are from two October 2026 posts: 98,000 won for a duck, 18,000 won each for guobaorou and mapo tofu, 134,000 won for the three. No one gives the price of the special course. One post found it expensive; another said everything but the duck was reasonably priced.
- Five posts from late September to late October 2026 (two from the same blog) repeat the same info block, the same phrases (round tables for up to 12, two VIP rooms, tablet ordering) and the same structure. None discloses sponsorship, but they read as commissioned. We counted only what they ate, not the boilerplate. The phone number 0507-1404-8868 and 'book via Naver or by phone' come mostly from that block.
