A café Osulloc opened in summer 2026 below the Hannam tea fields in Namwon, Seogwipo. You order at a kiosk, collect with a buzzer, and have matcha or hojicha gelato (7,500 won for one flavour, 8,000 for two), matcha offredo (9,500), matcha latte (7,500) or sejak tea (9,500). Steps behind the café lead to the tea fields, a lookout and the Tea Library. We read 30 posts from July to October 2026; 5 were about the Osulloc Tea Museum in Andeok or other places and were set aside, 4 only introduced the café or never got there. What sets it apart
- No post mentions waiting in line. Seven say it was not crowded — one arrived at the 10 a.m. opening and was first in. Seats do fill, though: posts describe the room full of customers around 11 a.m., nearly every table taken on a weekday afternoon, and one found it packed at 3:30 p.m. and nearly empty half an hour later.
- The glass walls come up most: seven posts mention looking out at trees and planting, three sat outside, two note the high ceiling. Size is split six to two between 'really spacious' and 'compact, not many seats'. One post points out that the tea field itself is seen from above the steps, not from the café windows.

There is a car park right in front, and twelve visit posts describe parking there. Size is disputed: six call it roomy, three found it small or full. One saw cars parked on the road and suggests setting the navigation to 'Osulloc Tea Factory', parking up there and walking down through the tea field; another was led by GPS to the gated factory lot.

No one says whether there is a step at the door or whether they went in with a wheelchair or stroller. One post says you climb stairs from the car park to reach the café. The 'wheelchair-accessible entrance' line is copied registry data and we did not count it.
No one describes the toilets from experience; 'separate men's and women's toilets' is copied registry data. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there are none.

Of the 24 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No visit post gives a bus stop or route. One says it is hard to reach without a car, and every visitor drove. Another blogger tried to get there by bus, found the timetable didn't match, and gave up (not counted).
- Fifteen posts give the hours as 10:00–18:00, nine of them with last order at 17:30 — but nearly all copy the listing, and none mentions a closing day. One warns that it closes early.
- Prices are given item by item; no post totals what one person spent. Two found it expensive — tea costs more than ordinary coffee. One used a rental-car coupon for buy-one-get-one gelato, two got free tea bags for a receipt review. The 20% discount for Hannam-ri residents is the shop's own notice, copied.
- The phone number 064-764-6604 is copied in several posts, but no one booked a table or called ahead. That tours and workshops can be reserved is only hearsay.
- Posts from early July 2026 found the Tea Library and factory 'still being prepared'; from late July on, visitors went in and tasted tea. The opening month is given as June, July or 24 July; since one post visited on 9 July, the 24th is probably when the library opened.
