Badareul Bon Dwaeji Jeju Hyeopjae Panpo-jeom

A black-pork grill house tucked inside Panpo harbor on Jeju's west coast. The two-person platter of 550 g belly and neck with braised anchovy is 63,000 won, and bracken, aged kimchi and water dropwort go on the same grill. At lunch there is an 18,000-won set of 100 g pork, stone-pot rice and abalone stew, limited to 100 a day. We read 19 posts dated 27 September to 21 October 2026; we set aside 4 about other places and did not count 6 promotional write-ups with no first-hand visit, leaving 9 visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- You eat looking at the sea. Seven of the nine visits wrote of watching Panpo's water and Biyangdo island through the windows. One evening visitor arrived after dark and saw nothing, and another could not have the windows opened because of strong wind.
- Staff grill the meat for you — five posts said so, and one noted a server came back and took the tongs when the guest tried. One visitor felt the meat went on before the grill was hot enough and came out pale. A promotional post claims you grill it yourself, but it is not a first-hand account and we did not count it.
- Side dishes are refilled from a self-serve corner; five posts mention going back for more, and it holds aged kimchi, lettuce, ssamjang and chillies. One post found the bracken and water dropwort for the grill are not there — they cost 2,000 won per 100 g.
- Celebrity autographs cover the entrance and walls — three visits saw them, one spotting Faker's. The TV-appearance lists in the promotional posts are copied material and we did not rely on them.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
1 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
No post describes which floor the restaurant is on; only the address says ground floor.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. Two posts came with a baby but said nothing about the entrance — that means nobody wrote it, not that there is a problem.
No visitor mentioned where the toilets are. The 'separate men's and women's toilets' line in the promotional posts is copied, so we did not count it.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 15 posts we gathered, 6 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-10-08 | 2 posts in one day |

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Two batches of templated promotional posts: four share the same broadcast list, 'folding-door windows' line and designated-driver tip in the same order (two are word-for-word identical), and two more share the same 'free roadside parking' summary. None describes a real visit, so none were counted.
- One visitor arrived by bus, taking the 202 after walking an Olle trail. The 'get off at Panpo-ri, five minutes on foot' directions in the promotional posts are copied. Most other visitors were on road trips.
- No post reports waiting for a table. One saw many diners even at midday, one found the window seats already taken at dinner, and one went at an off hour and found it nearly empty. That is absence of reports, not proof there is never a queue.
- Company varied: three posts came with family (two with a baby), two as a couple (one bringing a dog), and one as three coworkers.
- Eight visits gave the opening hours as 12:00–22:00; four added last orders at 21:00 and one said it is open every day. One wrote there is no afternoon break. Most of these come from copied info blocks, i.e. the shop's own listing.
- Two posts agree the two-person platter is 63,000 won, and one ate the 18,000-won lunch. Noodles at 8,000, stews at 7,000 and rice at 4,000 mostly come from promotional price lists. No visitor called it expensive; two said the prices were fair.
- Many posts list the phone number 0507-1385-5536. Whether you can book is unclear: one visitor who phoned to reserve a window seat was only told to just come, as it was quiet.
