A hairtail and mackerel braise house at Hallim-ro 328, across the road from the Hyeopjae Beach public car park. All three braises — hairtail, mackerel, or mixed, each topped with minced Jeju garlic — cost 15,000 won per person with a two-portion minimum; rice is 1,000 won extra. Side dishes are kimchi, bean sprouts, fish cake and laver, with refills from a self-serve bar. Order a braise with the whole grilled hairtail (40,000 won) and the small boiled pork comes for 100 won. What sets it apart
- Nearly every post brings up the price: eighteen said it was not expensive and none said it was. Two people pay 30,000 won for the braise plus 2,000 for rice. The 15,000-won price held from February to October. One family of four had the hairtail braise for two, a whole grilled hairtail, small boiled pork and four bowls of rice for under 80,000 won.
- Braises start at two portions, as ten posts noted. One said plainly that eating alone doesn't work here; another explained you can't order one hairtail and one mackerel portion, but the mixed braise for two gets you both. One templated Q&A post claimed solo diners are fine; we did not count it.
- The side dishes are few, with a self-serve bar for more — nineteen posts mention it, often for extra bean sprouts and laver. One post found the sides thin and missed having a soup; another admitted the sides lowered expectations at first. One post listed different sides (dried radish and seasoned laver instead of fish cake).
- Only one post waited: at about 1 p.m. on a weekday the place was full, so they left their party size and number and got a call when a table opened. Six walked straight in — at 11:40 on a weekday, before lunch, at lunchtime, at 6 p.m., at dinner. One noted the room filled up just after noon.

Two put the spaces in front of the shop at about four, or two to three; one of them found those full and used the public lot. The 'five spaces' figure is copied from a listing, not observed.

No post describes the floor or any stairs from experience; only the address says ground floor. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is an issue.
No one wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller; five posts went with children but none mentioned a stroller.
Two posts say the restroom is inside the shop. Whether it is split by gender, or how roomy it is, appears only in one copied listing, so we don't know.

What we do not know
- Opening hours appear to have changed in October. Seventeen posts up to 8 October list 10:00–22:00 daily; three from 22 October on say it opens at 8:00 — two say Thursday to Sunday (10:00 Monday to Wednesday), one says daily. Only two posts from June and July mention a 16:00–17:00 break, and nobody since, so we don't know if it remains. All of these are copied listings. One September post (9:00–20:00, closed Mondays) and one carrying a different phone number (16:00–24:00) stand alone.
- Seventeen posts give the number 0507-1320-0376; one February post lists 010-4693-0100 and one September post 0507-1431-8986. Several mention booking or queueing through CatchTable, but no one wrote about actually booking.
- Sixteen standalone reviews landed between 11 and 30 September, repeating the same search phrases and the same house copy about buying fish at the dawn auction and making anchovy-vegetable stock. One disclosed sponsorship, one carried a reviewer-program tag, and most said nothing. We treated the house copy as quoted material, not evidence.
- Nobody came by bus. Six posts drove; the rest only say they walked over from the beach. We don't know how it works by public transport.
