Gojipdorureok Jeju Gonghang-jeom

고집돌우럭 제주공항점 Gojip means stubbornness and dol-ureok is the rockfish of Jeju's coastal rocks; the chain's own line, quoted in one post, is that it has stubbornly kept to the taste of Jeju.

Compiled from 14 blog posts read in fullSources →

Gojipdorureok's airport branch, at 30 Imhang-ro by Jeju harbour, serves braised rockfish as a full table spread. There is no à la carte — only sets. Lunch sets centre on rockfish braised with abalone and shrimp, grilled tilefish, a rice-and-greens basket and conch seaweed soup, at 29,000 (SET1), 34,000 (SET2) and 39,000 won (SET3) per person; dinner is San at 38,000 and Hae at 48,000 won. It is a chain with branches in Jungmun and Hamdeok, and we set aside four posts about the Jungmun branch. We read 30 posts dated 30 July to 21 October 2026; 16 of them describe actually eating here, the rest are multi-restaurant lists or about other places.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Every one of the nine posts that talked about quantity said it was a lot. A pair who ordered Hae said they were too full and left food, recommending San for two and noting they left about half the rice; another said the rice came in a big bowl.
  2. The sauce is red but nobody called it hot. Of eleven posts describing the taste, eight said mildly spicy and sweet, two said sweet rather than spicy or milder than it looked, and one said spicy but not too much. Seven mentioned sweetness.
  3. Waiting is a coin toss: of eleven posts on the subject, three waited and three walked straight in. Waits were 30 minutes, under 10, and shorter than expected. One found a queue already forming at 10:30 on a weekday; two who came at opening or before lunch went straight in. Three noted a separate waiting room right by the entrance. One explained that remote queuing on CatchTable is switched off when the line is short, so you sign up on the tablet at the door.
  4. Posts treat it as good with small children. Three saw high chairs, and both families who brought kids got a free toddler tray with abalone, shrimp and banana, one calling it too good to be free.

  1. Greens, laver and side dishes are refilled on request; three posts said so, one noting the staff brought more before being asked.

Parking

5 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park5 of 14 posts

There is a small lot in front and a public lot behind for overflow. Five posts described the front lot, giving about 4 cars, only a few, and roughly 8. Two parked in the underground Sanjitmul public lot behind, one getting 1,000 won toward the fee; one warned the public lot entrance is tight for large cars.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

We don't know what floor the restaurant is on. The underground mentions are the public car park, not the dining room; nobody described the floor.

We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pram fits. That is not a no — nobody wrote about it.

We don't know about the toilets. 'Separate men's and women's toilets' was copied into one post's info header, and the other mention comes from a templated promo post we didn't count.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 23 posts we gathered, 9 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

2026-10-132 posts in one day
2026-09-282 posts in one day

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • No one described arriving by bus. One post listed stops five minutes' walk away and buses 315, 365 and 466 from the airport, but as copied directions. Two walked from nearby hotels, one and ten minutes away.
  • Twelve posts give the same hours — daily 10:00 to 21:30, break 15:00 to 17:00, last orders 14:50 and 20:20 — but all except one diner who arrived at 16:40 and waited out the break copied them from listings. One post says open every day of the year; several copied a note that it may close early when ingredients run out.
  • Prices come from September–October 2026 posts by diners: lunch 29,000/34,000/39,000 won, dinner San 38,000 and Hae 48,000 per person. One said it was on the pricey side but worth it. A list post quoting lunch from 24,000 won didn't match the others, so we left it out.
  • Nine posts give the same phone number, 0507-1436-1008. Several copied that bookings and the queue run through CatchTable, and three joined the remote queue themselves; one said remote queuing didn't work, which fits another's note that it is only open when the line is long. No one actually booked, so we can't confirm reservations.
  • One post guessed there are many Chinese tourists from a Chinese social-media award sign and Chinese-speaking staff; that is inference, so we didn't count it. Another noted a foreign-language menu board at the entrance.
  • One menu change: lunch SET3 used to come with cold raw-fish soup, and an October 17, 2026 post noted it now comes with spicy raw-fish salad instead. We don't know when it changed.
