Sushi Ogam
스시오감 Ogam means the five senses; one blogger guessed the name asks you to take in the sushi with all five.

Sushi Ogam is a sushi shop on the ground floor of Poly Plaza 3 in central Okjeong, Yangju. We read 11 posts from November 2024 to October 2026: seven ate in, three ate delivery or pickup at home, and one only named it in passing. Five posts describe four-seat tables plus a counter, two of them putting it at four or five tables. Posts give 15,000 won for the 12-piece platter, 19,000 won for the premium platter and 11,000 won for the lunch set (eight pieces with udon or cold buckwheat noodles); the platters come with two tempura shrimp and cold noodles. Three posts say the room looks so dark from outside they wondered whether it was open.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- The fish is cut thick. Five of the seven dine-in posts say so, one comparing the slices to sashimi eaten on its own, another saying the fish covered the rice like a blanket. Two say the rice is small in return. Two delivery posts said the same but we did not count them. The line that you can ask for thinner slices is something the shop told a blogger, not something anyone tried.
- Two posts say the counter faces an open kitchen where you can watch the owner prepare fish and see the stock laid out. Two say the glass front lets you see inside. One post says it has never seen anyone actually sit at the counter.
- Two posts say the tempura shrimp served alongside were crisp, as if just fried. One notes no dipping sauce came with them, so it used soy and wasabi.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 2 (of 6 posts read) |
|---|
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in; that is unknown, not absent. Two posts say it is on the ground floor, and one saw a high chair.
No post mentions the toilet, where it is or whether it is split by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 10 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on the owner's manner split one to one: one post called him curt but kind, another gave service two stars and said it wasn't rude, exactly, but something was off.
- Prices differ by channel. Two dine-in posts from January 2025 give 15,000 won for the platter; a November 2024 pickup and an April 2026 delivery give 16,000 won. Three dine-in posts give 19,000 won for the premium platter; a March 2026 delivery paid 40,000 won for two. The posts can't tell us whether prices rose or delivery simply costs more. One post called the prices kind.
- Three posts agree on opening hours of 11:00 to 21:00, closed every Monday (one copied from a listing). No one mentions a break or last order, and the only note on how late the lunch set runs is one post unsure whether it was 1 or 2 pm.
- No one describes getting there by train or bus; one post only says it is easy to find, opposite the Okjeong CGV.
- No post mentions waiting. One found it quiet with few customers; another says it gets fairly busy at mealtimes. No one says whether bookings are taken.
- Company doesn't add up to a pattern: one post ate alone, one has come as a couple for years. The solo diner thought the tables were roomy enough for a group.
- Only one pickup post lists the phone number, 031-862-1415, and says phone orders get 1,000 won off. Nobody mentions reservations.
