Mibundang Yangju Okjeong
미분당 양주옥정점 Mibun is the Chinese word for rice noodles and dang means a hall — a rice-noodle house; one post notes the name is explained on a card at every seat.

A branch of the Mibundang rice-noodle chain in the POP Tower (unit 103, 214 Okjeong-ro) at the Okjeong central shopping area. You pay at a kiosk outside, then take a counter seat for a bowl of beef pho, from 10,000 won (brisket slices) to 14,000 won (tendon), with sides at 3,000–3,500 won. A card at every seat asks guests to talk quietly. We read 30 posts from May 2025 to October 2026; 22 are records of an actual meal (4 were about other restaurants, 4 were lists or generic introductions).

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Ordering happens outside: 16 posts say you pay at the kiosk left of the door before going in. One describes carrying the printed ticket in and setting it on the counter; another ordered while still waiting outside.
- It is counter seating only: 9 posts say there are no tables, one calling it an L-shaped bar. One writer found it awkward for groups, another said the room is small; one guessed 12 to 14 seats.
- Quiet is the house rule. 12 posts found it quiet, and three say staff asked them to lower their voices. Two disagreed: one writer was hushed while a noisy couple and a family with a child next to them were not, and another sat beside someone talking loudly on the phone.
- Noodles and bean sprouts can be topped up: 9 posts mention refills — free extra noodles when each person orders a main, and side dishes and water refilled silently if you leave the dish on the shelf in front of you. A May 2025 post said one free noodle refill; later posts give no limit.
4 more
- Eight posts call the portions large; one regular has never needed the free refill, another says she leaves some of the brisket bowl every time.
- Six posts mention coat hooks on the wall behind the seats; one also found storage under the stool and a power socket at each seat. Many note cutlery in a drawer at each place, and sauces and hair ties on the shelf overhead.
- Five posts say the kitchen is open to view; one regular says it has stayed spotless for years. Two of the five come from the same family's blogs.
- Lunch can mean a wait. Two posts waited: one arrived at the 11:00 opening and saw a line at the door by the time she finished, another found it busy but waited only briefly. One visit at 2:30 pm had no line but a full counter. No one gave a wait time in minutes.

Parking
3 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Three posts parked in the POP Tower basement garage and had it validated free by giving their plate number to staff. One found it full at 5 pm and had to wait. The claim that you get a free spring roll if you have to use a paid lot is hearsay, and we do not rely on it.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 1 (of 21 posts read) |
|---|
Only one post states the floor in its own words: ground floor of the POP building, facing the main road. Others merely copy the address.
We do not know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — not that it can't, but no one wrote about it. Nine posts do say all seating is at the counter on stools.
We do not know whether the toilet is inside. One post notes the seat card lists a toilet door code alongside the Wi-Fi password; no one says where it is or whether it is separated by sex.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 25 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Prices went up once: the brisket bowl was 9,500 won in May 2025 and 10,000 won in every post from March 2026. A meal is one bowl at 10,000–14,000 won; two posts called it good value, none called it expensive.
- Nine posts give 11:00–21:15 with a 15:15–17:00 break, last orders 14:45 and 20:45, closed Tuesdays — all copied from Naver. One says it closes at 21:45, another gives a 14:25 lunch last order. A March 2026 post says the Tuesday closing began on 24 February 2026; a May 2025 post listed no day off.
- No one wrote about arriving by bus or train, so we cannot say how it works by public transport. Three posts from one family walked about 2.5 km from home.
- No one says whether it takes reservations. Several posts give the same phone number, 0507-1361-0492. One says that when there is a line you wait outside and are called in by ticket number.
- The note that high chairs are available appears only in one post's copied info block; no one wrote about using one. The four posts about going with a daughter do not say how old she was.
- Some promotional writing was left out: two generic introductions with no dish names or prices were not counted as visits. Among the counted visits, one was written by the owner of a nearby galbi restaurant, with a link to his own place, and three come from one family's three blogs in an identical format.
