Kwaerak Sangjeom is a cocktail and whisky bar on the 4th floor (unit 411) of the Daebang Elium Urban City building at 80 Hoecheonnam-ro, Okjeong-dong, Yangju — the building with a Burger King on the ground floor. Alongside the drinks it serves Italian home-style plates: lasagna, caponata, polpette al sugo, plus a persimmon-and-cream-cheese snack and cheese gelato. A November 2025 menu copied into one post lists cocktails at 16,000–20,000 won and the lasagna at 24,000 won. There is a bar and tables for two to four; you can fill in a taste checklist (mood, strength, fizz) and the bartender builds a drink to match. One post says that from October 2026 the bar closes Tuesdays as well as Mondays. We read 30 posts from May 2025 to October 2026, and all 30 describe an actual visit.

There is no sign on the street. Fourteen posts say it is on the 4th floor and seven took the lift up; from there you follow small signs round a corner to the door. One writer found the neighbouring units all shut and wondered whether the bar was open at all.
No one mentioned steps at the door or coming in with a wheelchair or pushchair. We only know there is a lift to the 4th floor.
Nobody said whether the toilet is inside the bar; separate men's and women's toilets appear only in one copied listing.

What we do not know
- Opinions on price split: two posts found it pricey (one paid about 20,000 won for a cocktail served in a plastic cup), one called the prices reasonable. The lasagna went from 22,000 won (September 2025) to 24,000 won (November 2025). Nobody wrote what a night out cost in total.
- Sixteen posts give opening hours, all copied from listings. Through September 2026 most say 19:00–01:00 Tue–Thu and Sun, 19:00–02:00 Fri–Sat, closed Mondays (one says 01:00 every day, one has Sunday to 02:00). Posts from late September and October 2026 give 19:00–02:00 Wed–Sun, closed Monday and Tuesday, and one says the change took effect in October 2026.
- One post heard the food menu would shrink from October 2026, so we cannot say which of the dishes above are still served. Guinness was gone by April 2026, and the original signatures Eden's Vice and Silk Road are missing from the November 2025 signature list.
- Nobody wrote about getting there by subway or bus — not that it is hard, just that we don't know.
- No one reported waiting. One post passes on hearsay that Fridays and Saturdays can have a wait, and a regular says the same for busy weekends. One post noticed waiting seats by the entrance.
- Eight posts give the phone number 0507-1381-7868. Whether you can book is unclear: one copied listing says reservations are taken, another says they are not.
- Five posts from September–October 2026 follow the same course in the same order, and two from August and September 2026 share whole sentences. None discloses sponsorship, but they look like work from a common brief, so we weigh their praise lightly.
