Ginjaryoko Okjeong is a branch of a cutlet, rice-bowl and udon chain on the ground floor of Poly Plaza in Okjeong's central shopping district, Yangju. You order at a kiosk by the door, help yourself to miso soup, kkakdugi and water at a self-service bar, and eat at a long bar counter. The most-ordered dish was the demi-glace pork cutlet — ten posts had it; of five that gave a price, four said 11,000 won and one said 12,000 won. What sets it apart
- Seating is bar counter only. Ten posts said so, one noting there is nowhere to sit facing each other; a single post described two people sitting across from each other. A family of four said sitting in a row made serving the children a little awkward. Three posts called the room small or cramped; one called it roomy.
- The kitchen is in full view. Five posts called it an open kitchen, and two said what made it look clean: no grease on the floor, and a clean fryer.
- Eight posts said portions are large. Seven said the one-and-a-half-portion option at the kiosk costs nothing extra; one who took it got two large cutlets plus a half, another could not finish the rice. A claim that the upsize only adds rice, and a posted 3,000-won charge for leftovers, are hearsay and store notices, so we do not rely on them.
- Seven posts said the coating stayed crisp even under all that sauce; one found it soft and moist rather than crisp. One post said the coating came away from the meat a little, another that it held together.

Two posts described the floor from experience — one went up to the ground floor from the garage, the other came down from a salon on the second floor of the same building. It is not in a basement.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — nobody said. One post only noted there are two doors, one near the lift.
We don't know where the toilet is. Two posts copied 'separate men's and women's toilets' from a listing, but nobody wrote about using it.

Of the 16 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- We don't know how to get there by bus or train — nobody said. One family walked back to Okjeong Lake Park afterwards.
- No post says it queued — which means nobody wrote about it, not that there is never a wait. One found the counter filled soon after noon on a weekday, one advised arriving a little before noon, one saw it fill up right after they sat down, and one only guessed there might be a wait.
- Prices vary a little between posts. Four give 11,000 won for the demi-glace cutlet and one, from 29 August 2026, gives 12,000 won. The cutlet-and-hamburg set is 16,500 won in a June 2026 post and 13,500 won in an August one; we can't tell if it is the same item. Two posts said it was not expensive and two were undecided. A family of four said four or five dishes come to about 50,000 won.
- Eight posts list the same opening hours: 11:00-21:00, last order 20:30, closed Mondays. All of them copied a listing block rather than reporting what they found.
- Four posts give the phone number as 031-857-9775. Nobody said whether the shop takes reservations; one post copied a notice that seats are assigned in order of purchase.
