Seungjinho Hongge Muhan Ripil
승진호 홍게 무한리필 Seungjinho is the name of the owner's fishing boat (the -ho suffix marks a vessel); hongge is red snow crab and muhan ripil means unlimited refills.
Compiled from 21 blog posts read in fullSources →
An all-you-can-eat red snow crab house on Seorakgeumganggyo-ro in Cheongho-dong, Sokcho, right on a harbor lined with fishing boats. Seungjinho is the owner's own boat; the day's catch is steamed and served without limit for 100 minutes at 37,000 won per adult (25,000 won for elementary-school children, 10,000 won for younger kids). People finish with crab ramyeon (10,000 won) or fried rice made with the innards they saved in the shells (3,000 won). When the crab runs out, the day is over. We read 27 posts dated September 15 to October 21, 2026; 22 describe actually eating here. One was about a different restaurant and was removed, and list posts and a takeaway eaten back at the lodging were not counted. The restaurant moved to this site at some point before all of these posts.

Rows without a count: 6 of 16 posts.
Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Expect to wait at weekend lunch, or to miss out entirely. Eight posts report a queue. One family arrived around 11 a.m. on a Sunday to find it full and took waiting number 9; another got there at 11:30 on a weekend and was told to come back at 12:30. A visitor who arrived at 11:20 saw the crab sell out just after noon, and a Sunday-evening family watched a sold-out sign go up one party after theirs. You join the line through CatchTable at the door or by having staff write a time in a notebook. One post walked straight in around 5 p.m. on a Sunday, and three were mixed — no wait on weekdays, or a quoted 40 minutes that turned into an immediate table.
- Fifteen posts call the staff friendly, and nearly all describe the same moment: when the crab arrives, a staff member shows you with scissors where to cut each leg and how to snap it, and will crack a few for you if you struggle. Several mention staff asking whether you want more before the platter is empty and clearing the shell bins, and more than one notes that the foreign staff speak good Korean. One parent wrote that when the fried rice looked too spicy for their son, staff swapped it for a mild batch.
- Seating is limited to 100 minutes; four posts saw this on the menu board or posted rules. The rules also say you must clean each crab down to the body before the next platter comes, that the last refill is ordered by count, and that leftovers can be charged. One post noticed staff matching refill sizes to how fast each table was eating.
- Ten posts describe the crabmeat as sweet, usually alongside the observation that the legs were packed to the tips and the meat slid out in one long piece.
4 more
- Five posts say the crab is not too salty. One regular listed 'not bland, not salty, not fishy' as the reason they keep choosing this place over others.
- Three posts say there is no fishy taste, though one of them adds that after a lot of crab it can turn slightly fishy and suggests rinsing with a soda.
- Six posts say extra side dishes come from a self-serve bar. The basics are corn salad, pickled onion and pickled peppers, and drinks are self-serve too. Several posts mention a free drink for posting a Naver receipt review or an Instagram review.
- Family outings are the largest group at eight posts, with couples and friends also represented. There are child prices, and posts describe a five-year-old in plastic gloves and a child who ate nearly two crabs alone.

Parking
9 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.
| Posts saying you can park | 9 of 21 posts |

Nine posts describe parking and walking in: right in front, along the harbor where the boats are moored, with no circling for a space. The line 'in front, across the road, under the bridge' that many posts repeat is the restaurant's own notice and we did not count it.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
No post describes which floor the dining room is on or any stairs at the entrance; only the address says '1st floor'. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is nothing to report.
Nobody mentions a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. Families with children did visit, but none mention a stroller, so we don't know.
The restroom comes up only in passing — one post notes tables 'on the way to the restroom' — so we don't know whether it is inside or separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 25 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- The restaurant moved here from an earlier, smaller shop. One regular wrote from experience about visiting before the move, and another post repeats being told it moved about 100 m down the road (hearsay, not counted). No one gives a date, and every post we read is from after the move.
- Three posts mention a place to wash your hands, but they put it 'in front of the shop' or 'by the door', so we can't say whether it is inside.
- All the opening hours are copied notices. Some say 11:00 to 21:00 every day, others say weekends open at 10:00; last order is given as 20:30. In practice it depends on when the boat comes in — one post could eat from noon, another was phoned ahead and told 12:10 — and the shop closes early once the crab is gone. When weather warnings keep the boat in, it doesn't open.
- Two posts say you cannot book by phone: a call only tells you whether they are open and how many diners' worth of crab is left, and you have to join the line in person. Almost every post says to call before setting out. One sponsored post says it booked ahead, so we don't treat that as settled. Most posts give the number 0507-1352-2226; a few give 033-631-2220.
- Every post that mentions getting here came by car; we don't know how practical it is by bus or on foot.
- Three posts disclose sponsorship; they include a real meal, so we counted them. Two identical 13-restaurant Sokcho lists by the same blogger give this place a single line and were not counted.
