A brunch café dressed up like a European family home, on a residential lane in Sinpyeong-dong, Saha-gu, Busan. You order at the counter or kiosk on the entrance level, then take the stairs down to the lower floor or sit outside in the garden. 2026 prices: truffle mushroom cream risotto 16,000 won, Napolitan pasta 12,800 won, chicken steak 19,000 won; an Americano went from 5,000 won on the July menu to 5,500 won from September. Hours also changed, from 09:00–20:00 in winter 2025 posts to 09:00–16:00 (last order 15:00) in 2026. We read 30 posts dated 21 November 2025 to 13 October 2026; 25 describe actual visits. One was about another business, and four were written without visiting (a list, a business-for-sale ad, and boilerplate copy).

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Fifteen visit posts mention outdoor seating. A door on the lower floor opens onto a lawn with outdoor tables, and some posts describe a separate annex room that fits a single table. September–October 2026 posts sat outside in the autumn weather; June and August posts went back inside because of bugs or heat.
- Ten visit posts describe seasonal decorations. November–December 2025 posts describe a Christmas theme — 'the house of a Santa couple who love ribbons' — with several trees and Santa hats in the annex; September–October 2026 posts describe Halloween decorations.
- Six visit posts ordered on a machine (kiosk, tablet or pad). You order on the entrance level and take a number or buzzer downstairs. Several posts say water, cutlery and napkins are self-service while the food is brought to you.
- Five visit posts experienced or saw pets on site: three brought their own dog (one says vaccination was checked at the counter) and two watched dogs running in the yard. The rules about leads and rabies vaccination are copied from the café's notice.

- Eight visit posts were repeat visits. One, on a third visit, said they probably wouldn't go again.

Parking

Twelve visit posts mention the café's own lot, a patch of open ground beside the building. Five say the surface is rough — one car's wheels kept spinning at the entrance, another warns you may scrape the car. From September 2026, posts quote a notice from the café saying the ground can't be fixed and suggesting a nearby public car park (no parking validation). One post estimates about ten cars if packed tight.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Second floor | 1 of 25 posts |
|---|---|
| In a basement | yes 5 · no 3 (of 25 posts read) |
Posts agree the seating is down a flight of stairs from the entrance level, but five call that lower floor a basement, three call it the ground floor (one says you enter on the second floor to order), and one wasn't sure. The address lists a second floor, and many posts say the lower floor opens straight onto the yard.
No post says whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in, whether there is a step at the door, or whether there is a lift — that means unknown, not absent. Many posts do say you reach the seating by going down stairs.
No post says where the toilets are. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in two copied amenity lists; the only first-hand mention is one post calling the toilet cute.
No one mentioned: Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 29 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post describes arriving by subway or bus; the '499 m from Dongmae Station exit 6' line is copied. One post said the winding lanes make it hard on foot, and five say they drove.
- No post reports waiting. One arrived just after 9 a.m. and was the first customer; a December 2025 weekend visit found it busy until the crowd thinned around 5 p.m. That means nobody wrote about a queue, not that there never is one.
- Opinions on the chairs split one to one: one post found the tables and chairs comfortable, another said the hard chairs make a long stay uncomfortable.
- The no-kids rule mostly appears in copied info. Only one post speaks from experience — a parent who had stayed away because of it. One post copies the detail that babies up to 12 months and children 10 and over are allowed.
- Opening hours: all fifteen 2026 posts that list them give 09:00–16:00 (last order 15:00); two posts from November–December 2025 gave 09:00–20:00 (last order 19:00). Saturdays are unclear — six posts from June to early September 2026 copy a regular Saturday closure, but one post visited at noon on Saturday 5 September and every post from mid-September says 'daily'. Check before a Saturday visit.
- Prices shifted over time: Americano 5,000 won and cappuccino 6,000 won on the July 2026 menu became 5,500 and 6,500 won in a September visit. Food prices were the same in July and September–October. Two posts say a meal ordered before 11 a.m. comes with an Americano.
- Several posts copy the same phone number, 0507-1302-5740. Only one mentions reservations: one bookable table for up to eight, with a suggestion to call ahead.
- A business-for-sale ad dated 2 August 2026 lists this café for lease or sale (opened 2025; the seller runs several shops). No visit post through October mentions a change of owner or operation. Two posts pass on, as hearsay, that it is the second branch of Cafe Mandi.
- Of the four posts we treated as non-visits, two from May 2026 follow the same template (greeting, three subheadings, cautions or Q&A, sign-off) with almost nothing first-hand; one lists eggs Benedict and panini, which aren't on this café's menu. We did not count either.
