Yongbanjeom
용반점 Yong is the Korean reading of 龍, dragon, and banjeom is an old word for a Chinese eatery; the sign carries only one large red 龍, and one diner was told the fried shrimp on the jjamppong stands for the dragon and the little dumpling inside for its pearl.

A lunch-only Chinese restaurant at 421 Gwanganhaebyeon-ro in Millak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, across from the Centum Beach Prugio apartments; the sign is just one red 龍. People come for the yongjjamppong topped with a fried shrimp (9,000 won), sauce-on sweet-and-sour pork (13,000 won, mini 10,000) and jajangmyeon (7,000 won). No takeout; eat-in only. We read 30 posts from January 2025 to September 2026: two were about other restaurants and one was a roundup by someone who never went, leaving 27 first-hand visits.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Expect to wait at lunch. Fifteen of the 27 visits waited or saw a line form; one walked straight in. The waits people timed were 6–7, 10 and 20 minutes. Several arrived at 11:20 or 11:40, got one of the last tables, and watched a queue form behind them. One post says there are no reservations. You take a number inside and order in advance, then wait outside, so the food comes almost as soon as you sit. One writer warns the number on your ticket is a sequence number, not your place in line, so ask how many groups are ahead.
- The jjamppong broth is described as sharp rather than oily more than anything else: 19 posts called it spicy or chili-sharp, often adding that no chili oil floats on top. One writer who asked for extra heat was told it is cooked in batches and given chili flakes instead. One regular felt it was less spicy than it used to be.
- Seventeen posts mention walls full of framed autographs — announcers, actors, Super Junior's Leeteuk and Eunhyuk, baseball player Son Ah-seop. One writer guesses it dates from when MBC had offices nearby.
- Fourteen posts say the sweet-and-sour pork stayed crisp even with the sauce poured on. Ask for sauce on the side when ordering if you prefer; one couple did. Several found the 10,000-won mini enough for two; one thought it skimpy for the price.
3 more
- Eight posts mention a self-serve bar for extra pickled radish and onion; one also got kimchi.
- Three posts say there is no takeout — one saw it on signs at the door and on the tables — and there is no delivery. Two posts report a one-dish-per-person rule.
- Six posts came with children and three mention high chairs; one family was given unsauced pork for the child and a fork. Seven posts came with family, three with friends, two as a couple and one alone.

Twelve posts parked in the lot in front. Its size is disputed: two found it roomy (one counts about ten spaces shared with neighbouring shops), four said it fills fast or is shared and often full. One parked on the roadside when the lot was full.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station

Getting inside
No post says which floor the dining room is on. One regular mentions a two-storey building but not where guests sit. That is not a no — nobody wrote it down.
Nobody wrote about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. High chairs are mentioned, but not strollers.
No post mentions where the toilet is or whether it is split by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Two posts disagree on public transport: one says bus 41 runs from Busan Station to the Centum Beach Prugio stop without a transfer; the other found transit access poor and drove. No one recorded walking from a subway station.
- Opening hours: most posts that give them agree on 11:00–15:00, last order 14:30, closed Tuesdays; two say 14:50. Many relay that it closes early when ingredients run out, and one writer arrived to find exactly that. There have been extra holidays, such as 4–8 August 2025. No dinner service.
- Prices were steady from August 2024 to August 2026: jajangmyeon 7,000 won, jjamppong dishes 9,000, sweet-and-sour pork 13,000 (mini 10,000). One post puts a meal at 7,000–9,000 won a head; six call it cheap, one found the mini pork poor value. Only the fried dumplings differ: one August 2026 post lists 8,000/9,000 won against 7,000/8,000 in earlier posts — a single source, so the rise is unconfirmed.
- Ten posts give the phone number as 051-758-6200; one adds 758-6220. One post says there are no reservations through CatchTable or Tabling. One suggests phoning ahead to check whether they have sold out.
- One regular of 20-plus years gives the backstory: it used to be a neighbourhood delivery place open into the evening, closed for a while, then reopened in its current two-storey building, dine-in only and lunch only. He says foreign staff now run the floor and orders sometimes go astray (his cola never came); one other post found the staff kind. All of this predates the posts we read, so we can't date it.
