A Western-style brunch restaurant in Millak-dong, Busan, up a flight of stairs behind a green gate in a brightly painted building opposite the Millak-dong community center. Of the 29 posts from people who ate here, 20 ordered the cream cabbage roll (17,000 won): cabbage wrapped around minced beef and pork under a potato cream sauce, usually with a hijiki rice ball and tofu-cheese fritters (2,200 won) on the side. Pastas and salads change with the season and the month. You take a seat first, then order and pay at the counter. The place used to be Onomatopi in Namcheon-dong before it moved here. We read 30 posts dated November 2024 to September 2026; 29 describe eating in, and one is a takeaway eaten at home. No post disclosed sponsorship, and eight said they paid their own way.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Eleven posts say they have been coming since the Onomatopi days in Namcheon-dong. One says the new place is bigger and another that it has more tables. The posts put the move somewhere between 2022 and late 2023; every post we read was written after it.
  2. Eleven posts describe repeat visits: one went twice in a single January, one has had the same salad about five times, and one has been going since 2019, more often than to her parents' home.
  3. Waits were mostly absent. Four posts found no queue: three tables at 1:20 pm on a weekend, no wait around 1 pm on a weekend, an empty room at 1:30 pm on a Friday, and straight in at the 11 am opening. One post from the end of 2024 waited briefly because the room was full.
  4. Three posts say the food came quickly, one within about 15 minutes. One post waited about 20 minutes when a crowd arrived at once, and the owner brought out a cheesecake to apologize.
4 more
  1. Nine posts call the owner kind: a complimentary salad or cake, the owner's father letting them wait inside before opening, and a cake for a heavily pregnant guest with thanks for making the trip.
  2. Eight posts describe Christmas decorations, with a tree up from November and still standing in late January. One post that went on Christmas 2025 says those two days ran on reservations only, with a limited menu.
  3. Four posts got a mini cheesecake for writing a Naver receipt review; the flavor varied (kumquat, chestnut and others).
  4. Six posts went with a partner or spouse, four with a mother or children, two mention going alone, and one with friends. Three posts went with children, and three saw high chairs for themselves.

These are raw counts, not percentages. Someone who did not mention something is not someone who disagreed.

The most ordered dish is keurim kyabecheurol (크림 캬베츠롤) — 20 of 28 posts.

The prices here are what bloggers wrote down in their posts, and they may have changed since. Check Naver Place for the current menu and prices. This list is not a menu board — it counts what bloggers actually ordered and ate. Check on Naver Place

Parking

1 posts say you can park; 1 say you cannot. We leave the disagreement standing rather than picking a side.

Posts saying you cannot1 of 28 posts

Parking at the restaurant is uncertain. Many posts copy a note about two or three spaces on private land next to Sandstay. Only three describe their own experience: one says three shared spaces beside the building, one says there is no dedicated lot, and one could not get through by phone, found no space and used a paid lot. All three posts that came by car parked elsewhere, in nearby lots or outside the community center (4,000 won an hour at the beach lot).

Getting inside

Second floor9 of 28 posts
Toilet inside2 of 28 posts
Separate restroomsyes 0 · no 2 (of 28 posts read)

Nine posts describe climbing stairs to the second floor, and five of them warn that the stairs are steep or numerous; one tells parents to hold their children's hands on the way up and down.

No post mentions basement or ground-floor seating. Nine posts ate on the second floor, and nobody described using the rooftop level listed in the address.

No post mentions entering with a wheelchair or stroller, or any lift or ramp. That means nobody wrote about it, not that none exists. All nine posts above went up by stairs, and one written late in pregnancy said she would not be able to manage stairs like these again soon.

Two posts say the toilet is inside the restaurant and two say it is a single unisex room, one placing it by the stairs near the kitchen and the other by the entrance. Both called it clean.

No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 29 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Posts split three to three on whether the cream dishes are too rich: some found the cabbage roll heavy after a few bites, others insisted it was not greasy at all. One post said it depended on the dish.
  • Posts disagree on size: three call it spacious, two call it small, one counting about six two-seat tables and one four-seat table. Eleven posts describe a range of seats from window bar stools and solo seats to tables for four or more.
  • Two posts arrived by bus, one on route 41. The subway is a long walk: posts called it too far from the station and said it takes a while on foot from Gwangan Station.
  • Opening hours: 22 posts give 11:00-19:30, 17 give last orders at 18:50, and 17 say it closes on Wednesdays. Most of this is copied from listings, and several posts say days off change monthly, so check Instagram (@topeenary). One June 2026 post lists 11:00-15:30; no other post backs it up, so we cannot tell whether the hours changed. One October 2025 post gives a 19:00 close.
  • Prices for the same dish vary slightly between posts: the hummus shrimp salad is 17,000 won in four posts and 16,500 in one from May 2025; the rice-ball plate A is 14,000 in two posts and 13,000 in one from September 2026. For a whole meal, two people paid 39,500 won for a lasagna, a plate and two iced americanos, and three paid 104,500 won for five dishes and three drinks.
  • Many posts give the phone number as 0507-1346-6247. Several copy a note that reservations are taken by Instagram DM or phone; one booked Christmas by DM and sent the order ahead. One post tried calling about parking and could not get through.
  • Two posts, from April 2026 and July 2025, read more like promotional copy than first-hand accounts. The July 2025 one describes a plant-filled, sunlit room like a small greenhouse, which does not match the brightly colored interior other posts describe; we counted nothing from it except that the writer had coffee.
