Cafe

ttt

티티티 Tititi TTT stands for 'time to tea' — the house's own phrase for a good moment to drink tea.

Compiled from 21 blog posts read in fullSources →

A tea house on the fourth floor of the Terrastar Ocean building, facing Gwangalli Beach toward Millak Waterside Park. Three posts note it sells no coffee at all. You smell the leaves at the counter, then a server wheels a cart to your table and brews in front of you, and re-steeps once when you finish. Single-origin teas run 11,500–14,000 won, the Oriental Beauty sherbet 13,000, and sets with dessert or the matcha platter 20,000–23,000. We read 30 posts dated 5 February to 2 October 2026; 22 describe an actual visit (4 were intros or lists, 4 were about other places).

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Sixteen of 22 visit posts describe the wall of glass looking onto the beach and Gwangan Bridge. The afternoon sun is strong, though: five posts found window seats hot or glaring — one says to avoid them between 3 and 5 pm, another found every window seat empty after lunch because of the sun.
  2. Twelve posts call it quiet; one credits the absence of a coffee grinder, another found it calm even on a crowded beach weekend.
  3. Eight posts say staff patiently explained the teas and picked one to suit their taste; one noted the menu was explained well but the teas themselves less so.
  4. Six posts call it expensive and three say it's pricey but worth it for the view and service. Posts compare the bill to a full meal; one pair paid 35,000 won for tea after a 20,000-won lunch. No one called it cheap.
2 more
  1. Two posts mention a one-item-per-person rule; a group of five says a set wasn't counted for two, so they ordered five items.
  2. Eight posts got a small free dessert for a Naver receipt review — Earl Grey cream rice puffs in April posts, ice cream in late summer.

Posts saying you can park1 of 21 posts

Only one post arrived by car, and they parked at a paid lot across the street because the building's mechanical parking tower looked intimidating. The '90 minutes free' line is the shop's notice, copied by many posts; nobody reports using the tower.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 6 (of 21 posts read)
Lift to the floor3 of 21 posts

It is upstairs, not below ground: six posts went up to the fourth floor and three took the lift. One post says third floor and one says second, but the address (unit 401) and the rest point to the fourth.

No visitor wrote about a step at the door or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. 'No step at the entrance' and 'wheelchair accessible' appear only in an accessibility-tourism roundup and one copied info block, which we don't count.

No one described the restroom; 'restroom inside, separate for men and women' appears only in copied info blocks.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 25 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Size is disputed: four posts call it small or short on seats, one found it much roomier than expected. Several note the seats all face the sea and the bar is reserved for tea-course guests.
  • Two posts found the seats hard and uncomfortable, and one found the tables too low; nobody said it was comfortable for a long stay.
  • No one reports waiting: two posts walked straight in (Saturday 5 pm with one other party; weekend noon). But a July post saw quite a few people leave for lack of seats, and another advises going at opening.
  • No one wrote about arriving by subway or bus — two simply walked along the beach. '15 minutes on foot from Gwangan Station exit 3' is the shop's own directions.
  • Two posts copy a notice that children under 10 and pets aren't admitted; no one visited with a child, so this is unconfirmed by a visitor.
  • Opening hours: ten visit posts list 11:00–22:00 daily, mostly copied from the listing; one confirms staying into the late evening. Nobody mentions a break or last order.
  • One post booked ahead; several relay that the bar-seat tea course requires a Naver reservation. The phone number 0507-1399-0880 is consistent across posts, but no one reports booking by phone.
  • Spend per head depends on the order: around 10,000-something won for a pot of tea, 20,000-something for a set, and with one item per person required. Only one post gives a total bill (35,000 won for two).
