RAMSEY

램지 Raemji Ramsey is an English name; none of the posts explain why the restaurant chose it.

Compiled from 19 blog posts read in fullSources →

Ramsey is a French tasting-menu restaurant on the third floor of Harrington Tower Gwangan in Gwangalli, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing Gwangan Bridge. Lunch and dinner are both set courses. Posts from September 2026 on give 98,000 won for lunch and 195,000 won for the signature course; posts from December 2025 to February 2026 had 83,000 and 179,000 won. We read 30 posts dated 7 July 2025 to 5 October 2026. We set aside 6 (Gordon Ramsay burger posts and a lease ad for the same building), 4 only listed or introduced the place, and 20 record a visit. Twelve of those 20 come from a free Aptaclub invitation event for pregnant guests in September 2026, with a special seven-course menu.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. The window seats are the draw: 13 of the 20 visits describe seeing Gwangan Bridge through the glass. Several did not get one — a party of three was told window tables suit two, others found them full — and one post advises booking a window table on CatchTable a week ahead.
  2. Thirteen posts praise the staff, mostly for explaining each plate and how to eat it; six mention cutlery being changed with every course. One post felt the explanations were too thin.
  3. There is a separate room: three posts ate in it — a work dinner at a group table, a dinner party that still had the bridge view, and an event guest who was given a quiet private space.
  4. Portions run small: three posts said they wanted more and one was split (she was full, her husband was not). All four are from the event menu; nobody called the portions large.

  1. Two posts found the seasoning strong: a December 2025 lunch guest said everything was salty and suggested asking for less, and an event guest found the risotto heavily seasoned. Several also describe the butter as salty.

Parking

Posts saying you can park7 of 19 posts

Easy by car: seven posts parked, all the same way — park on level 3 or 4 of the Harrington Tower garage and cross the sky bridge to the door. Two posts say parking was validated for two hours; a '2 hours at lunch, 3 at dinner' line appears only in a copied info block.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 2 (of 19 posts read)

The restaurant is on the third floor; two posts mention arriving there. Nobody said whether they took a lift or stairs, or described the way in from street level.

Nobody mentioned steps at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or pushchair. Many describe crossing the sky bridge from the garage, but not whether that route has steps. We don't know either way.

Nobody said whether the toilet is inside the restaurant; 'separate men's and women's toilets' appears only in two copied info blocks.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 23 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Prices went up. Posts from December 2025 to February 2026 show 83,000 won for lunch and 179,000 for the signature course; from 11 September 2026 it is 98,000 and 195,000. One list post from 14 September still copied the old figures. The only full bill we saw was 460,000 won for an August 2026 anniversary dinner with alcohol-free wine. The one post calling it expensive (August 2026) and the one calling lunch good value (December 2025) fall on either side of the increase.
  • All opening hours are copied from info blocks. Seven posts give 12:00–22:00, five a 15:00–18:00 break, three a 21:00 last order, and seven list Monday and Tuesday as closing days. One February 2026 post says Tuesdays only and one September 2026 post says Mondays only; posts from October and December 2025 already said Monday and Tuesday, so this is not a change over time.
  • Twelve of the 20 visits are from the Aptaclub Selective Dining invitation event around 9–13 September 2026: a free seven-course menu for pregnant guests, drinks extra, apparently with the room booked out for the event. These posts follow the same course order and gift list, so what they say about seating and service describes the event, not a normal service. Eleven of the 13 posts that went with a husband are event posts.
  • Nobody described getting there by subway or bus; the one post that did not drive took a taxi.
  • Nobody queued. Five posts say they booked and the 12 event guests had assigned time slots; one arrived half an hour early and waited briefly outside. Nobody tried walking in without a booking.
  • Three posts copied the phone number 010-9406-3135. Of the five posts that booked, three used CatchTable and one Naver; one says the restaurant phoned on the day to check allergies and dislikes.
  • No post visited with children. A rule that children must be 14 or older and order a full course appears only in one copied info block.
