NOV.E11
노브엘 Nobeuel NOV.E11 reads as November 11 — one post was told the café is named after the owner's birthday.
Compiled from 10 blog posts read in fullSources →
A café in the Gyeongdong Centum Merville shopping arcade on the Suyeong River walk in Minrak-dong, Busan. People come for salt bread, sausage salt bread, ciabatta sandwiches and coffee; early-2025 posts list an americano at 4,500 won, salt bread at 3,000, sausage salt bread at 3,500 and the ciabatta sandwich at 9,000. Nearly every post mentions the owner's Supreme collection and the red accents. We read 13 posts from January 2025 to September 2026; 12 describe an actual visit.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- There is outdoor seating. A March 2025 post had an early picnic on the outdoor terrace on a fine day, and a February post noted chairs set out so you can eat on the terrace — two posts in all. The March writer planned to come back when the cherry trees along the walk bloom.
- Two posts call the owner friendly. One describes the salt bread being warmed and cut for them and the coffee carried to the table — unusual, they said, now that most cafés are self-service.
- Four posts took food away: salt bread for the next morning, half a sandwich finished on the beach, sourdough and walnut cakes carried to a wine bar, and a salt bread for a child's snack.
- A May 2026 post found the Christmas tree still up and wished it had been taken down after the season; a February 2025 post also noticed Supreme Santa gift boxes and stockings.

Parking
1 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Seven posts mention parking; one actually drove and said parking was easy. The rest repeat the posted notice: use the Gyeongdong Centum Merville lot and register at the counter for free parking. Two 2026 posts copy a rule of two free hours for one car above a minimum spend — one says 12,000 won, the other 10,000.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
1 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
The registered address says basement level 1, but posts give 'arcade unit 103' or 'arcade 1st floor', and no one described the floor from experience.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. A copied notice mentions entry with a stroller or carrier, but that refers to pets. This means nobody wrote about it, not that access is absent.
No post mentions the restroom — where it is or whether it is separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 11 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opening hours have changed. 2025 posts give 12:00-20:00 (last order 19:30); the May and September 2026 posts give 11:30-19:00 (last order 18:20). Closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays throughout. One July 2025 post alone lists Tuesday-only closing and 21:00 on weekends. All of these are copied notices, and an April 2025 post says the café was weekend-only for a while — check before going.
- Every price we have comes from January-April 2025 posts; none of the 2026 posts give prices, so we don't know current ones.
- One June 2025 post was written by the owners' sister-in-law, who said so; read its 'great value' verdict with that in mind.
- Only one post describes getting there without a car: a March 2025 visitor walked from Minrak Station along the river path. No one mentions buses.
- No post mentions waiting in line. A July 2025 visitor arrived at opening time to find the door not yet open. This means no one wrote about a wait, not that there never is one.
- Few posts say who they came with: two with friends, one with a sibling; the rest just say 'we'.
- No post says whether reservations are taken. Only one January 2025 post lists the phone number (0507-1356-9742).
