Fried chickenBar
Meksikana Minnagyeok-jeom
멕시카나 민락역점 Mexicana is the fried-chicken franchise; 'Minnak-yeok' is not a subway stop but the name of the Korean pub 'Yeok' (station) that ran here before and now runs the shop as a Mexicana collaboration.

A Mexicana fried-chicken shop in the e-Pyeonhansesang Ocean Terrace 3 arcade, facing Millak Waterside Park in Busan. It is run together with a Korean pub called 'Minnak-yeok', so besides chicken it serves pub dishes like spicy stir-fried pork trotters, plus soju and beer. In October 2026 posts, the 1989 Origin fried chicken was 21,000 won, the pork trotters 23,000 won, and Chamisul or Terra 5,000 won. Window seats look out on Gwangan Bridge and the seats have TVs, so posts describe it as a place to drink with chicken while watching sports. We read 9 posts dated 5 May to 6 October 2026. Seven of them involved a trip to the shop (one was a takeout pickup). The other two are promo-style posts about eating at home, and we did not count them.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- There are TVs at the seats. Four of the seven visit posts mention them. The sofa booths each have a screen guests cannot control, and a large screen or projector on the wall shows baseball or football. One writer found the three TV seats along the wall already taken and sat elsewhere.
- Window seats look onto Gwangan Bridge. Four posts mention the window seats. One says the front is a folding door that opens onto the bridge view, and another moved to a window seat when one freed up. One post saw it differently and called the view 'cars'.
- Two posts say the chicken was slow. They are the only posts that talk about waiting, and both say it was slow. One went on a public holiday when delivery and dine-in were both busy. The other says the drinks were nearly gone before the chicken came, so they left without ordering more.
- Snacks and pickled radish come free. Four posts mention it: macaroni crackers and pink radish, and one post also got a mayo-ketchup salad plus sauced-chicken sauce, mustard and salt.
1 more
- In May 2026 one writer brought a dog in. When they asked, the staff said it was fine as long as the dog was held. The same post says you can bring a cup of instant noodles from the convenience store next door. Only this one post mentions either.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
No post says from experience which floor the shop is on. 'Ground floor' appears only in copied addresses.
No one mentions a step at the door, stairs, or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That means we don't know, not that there is none.
No one says whether the toilet is inside the shop or whether there are separate men's and women's toilets.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 9 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Prices have gone up. A May 2026 post says the fried chicken was still 20,000 won, and an October post lists the 1989 Origin fried at 21,000 won, up by 1,000. That October post is the only one with menu prices, so our sense of what a meal costs rests on it. The 6,000-won takeout discount is a promotion the shop advertised, copied into posts.
- The name changed at the same address. A May 2026 writer was told it had recently been a Korean pub called 'Minnak-yeok' and had become a Mexicana collaboration. An October post also calls it a joint shop with the pub 'Yeok'. It did not move.
- All the opening hours are copied blocks. Two posts from May and June 2026 say 17:00 to 03:00. Two from October say 17:00 to 02:00 with last orders at 01:20, so closing time seems to have moved earlier in between. One post says it opens daily, and no other post mentions closing days.
- No post describes coming from a station or bus stop. One post points out that 'Minnak-yeok' is the pub's name, not a subway station. Three writers dropped in while walking along Millak Waterside Park or Gwangalli Beach.
- No post mentions queuing. One writer only says the TV seats were full and they sat elsewhere.
- Only two posts say who they went with: one with friends, one with a sister and brother-in-law as the second stop of a night out on a trip. Another writer brought their dog.
- Three posts copy the phone number 051-755-3433. No one says whether the shop takes reservations.
- The two posts we did not count (on the Chifilling and Gochu Hwasak chickens) share a template. Both end with the same app-discount list and link block, and both ate at home without describing the shop. One of the visit posts comes from a business-consulting blog and reads like promotion, so we did not count its claim that the hall is spacious.
