An espresso bar and café right on Gwangalli Beach at 249 Gwangan-haebyeon-ro, Busan, with an outdoor terrace facing the sea and Gwangan Bridge plus indoor tables and a bar counter. As of September 2026, espresso variations such as lespresso, padova and crempresso cost 4,000–5,500 won, an Americano 5,500 won and a long black 6,000 won; pancakes and roll cakes run 8,500–15,000 won, and some visitors came at night for beer, wine or cocktails. We read 30 posts dated January 4 to October 7, 2026: 19 record an actual visit, 4 only introduce the place or list it, and 7 are about other businesses, mostly the 1988 Busan Hanwoo restaurant upstairs.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. People come for the terrace: twelve of the visit posts mention sitting there or seeing it. One found it already full on a day of strong sand-laden wind; another said it is hot at midday and sits so close to the sidewalk that you feel among passers-by; another noted blankets are provided. A late-November 2025 visitor said it was still comfortable outdoors then, but that front-row seats are hotly contested Friday to Sunday. A September visitor comparing branches noted trees and structures partly block the sea view from here.
  2. Four posts describe the indoor seating: tables for two to four, a bar counter where many solo guests sat, high stools where people sipped small bottles of whisky. One post describes a small raised room off the main hall, seating two or three groups, with wall outlets for charging phones.
  3. Five posts are from repeat visitors: a Seoul resident on her fifth visit, another on her third, a local couple who have come morning, night and past midnight, and someone who returned two weeks later. One post said the opposite—loud music and a curt staff member at the counter meant no return visit.
  4. Noise depends on when you go: one post found it empty and quiet on a weekday, while two found it loud—one crowded in summer with no free seats, one bothered by the music volume. The summer post also saw dust blowing from the ceiling fans.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

No visit post describes the floor from experience. 'Ground floor' comes from the address and from posts about the beef restaurant on the fifth floor of the same building. That is not a 'no'—just that no visitor wrote about it.

Nobody wrote about a step at the entrance or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. One post only mentions a small room raised one step above the main hall.

No visitor says where the restroom is. 'Restroom code on your receipt' and 'separate men's and women's restrooms' appear only in copied info blocks.

No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 21 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

2026-09-302 posts in one day

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Three posts call it pricey (coffee, an Earl Grey cake, tea). Prices rose this year: a May 2026 post lists espresso at 3,500, lespresso 4,000 and cortado 4,000 won; September posts show 4,000, 4,500 and 5,000, and one visitor noted espresso drinks went up 500 won each. Cinnamon orange tea went from 7,000 won in February to 8,000 on the September menu. A coffee plus a dessert comes to roughly 14,000–21,000 won at September prices.
  • Opening hours are almost always given as 8:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. Last orders shifted: 1:30 a.m. in a November 2025 visit and a February 2026 post, 1 a.m. from late May onward. One May 11 post alone says it closes at 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday. Most of these are copied from the listing; no post mentions a closing day.
  • One post copied a notice saying pets have not been allowed since March 1, 2026, and another post's listing block says the same. Nobody wrote about actually bringing a pet.
  • Few posts mention waiting. One found seats free thanks to fast turnover even at 8 p.m. on a Saturday drone-show night; another, in summer, found no free seats and nowhere to wait. Nobody gives a waiting time. Several note competition for terrace seats on weekend evenings.
  • Company varies: two posts on dates, two with friends, one with family, one alone. The solo visitor found it easy to sit alone facing the sea, and another post noticed many solo guests at the bar.
  • No visitor describes getting there by subway or bus; '849 m from Gwangan Station exit 3' is copied map info. Many simply walked in from the beach promenade.
  • No post says whether reservations are taken; the phone number 0507-1335-6349 appears in many copied info blocks. One post says you order at the counter and get a buzzer, and advises grabbing a seat first.
