Gogyeol
고결 Gogyeol is a Korean word for nobility or lofty purity of character; none of the posts explains why the house chose it.

A hanok-styled grill house tucked down an alley in Millak-dong, Gwangalli, Busan. Staff grill straw-smoked beef short rib (34,000 won for 280 g) and pork belly (15,000 won for 150 g) at your table from start to finish, and clam soup comes with the meal. We read 15 posts dated June 22 to October 3, 2026; 13 describe an actual meal, and two are roundup lists.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- All 13 posts from people who ate here say staff did the grilling. Several describe the same order: the short rib first, the meat stacked back on the bone, then the pork belly or neck.
- Five posts say the meat arrived already seared or straw-smoked. Lines like 'CAB grade' or 'first seared over bamboo charcoal' repeat the restaurant's own description, so we didn't count them.
- Four posts mention people waiting outside; one, which had booked a weekday dinner, says there was no wait. Four posts say they went with a reservation. No post put a number of minutes on the wait.
- Three posts say they got a free highball or ade for writing a review.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside

The address lists floors 1-2, and one post says they ate upstairs. No post describes the ground-floor seating or the stairs between floors.
No post mentions a step at the entrance, stairs, or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That doesn't mean there aren't any; we just don't know. Of two posts by families with children, one mentions a high chair.
One post says the restroom is outside the dining room, so you have to step out mid-meal. No other post mentions the restroom, and none says whether it is split by gender.
No one mentioned: In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 15 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post describes actually arriving by subway or bus. The one line saying it is 10-15 minutes from Gwangan Station exit 1 sits in a copied info block.
- Seven posts list the hours as 16:00-24:00 daily, all from copied info blocks. No one gave a break time or last order.
- Two posts from July 2026 give identical prices. No post states what a whole meal came to; one says the price is high but worth it.
- The phone number (0507-1495-8311) and 'Naver booking available' come from copied info blocks and list posts. Four posts say they went with a reservation, and one recommends booking through Catchtable.
- One post discloses sponsorship, five say the writer paid, and the rest say nothing. Three posts describe last winter's visits, written up in summer, so the Christmas-tree decorations they mention were seasonal.
