A hairtail (galchi) restaurant in Millak-dong, Suyeong-gu, Busan, on a side street at the north end of Gwangalli Beach (Gwanganhaebyeon-ro 295beon-gil 4-7). It serves grilled, braised and stewed hairtail in three sizes — regular, large and extra-large — at ₩48,000, ₩62,000 and ₩130,000 per person for the grilled fish. Over ten side dishes arrive before the fish (one post photographed sixteen), and a sweet rice drink comes at the end. We read 30 posts dated 23 July to 6 October 2026: 3 turned out to be about other places, 4 were lists or write-ups without a visit, and 23 describe an actual meal.

What sets it apart
- Thickness is what these posts are about. Of the 18 that described the fish, 16 called it thick — 'more like a hairtail steak than grilled fish', 'one piece was enough to fill me up'. Only one disagreed: it ordered the regular size and found it thinner than expected, adding that it had been told the sizes differ mainly in thickness.
- Waits depend on the day and hour: 6 posts waited and 3 walked straight in. Recorded waits were about 10 minutes when arriving at opening, roughly an hour on a holiday, and over an hour (11th in line just after noon) even after joining the CatchTable queue in advance. One rainy evening had two parties ahead. The post that waited over an hour said staff took the order first, laid out the side dishes, and only then called diners in. Another arrived at 11:20 and got 'the last table left'.
- Nine posts mention walls covered in celebrity autographs, and several found Samsung chairman Lee Jae-yong's among them — one sat right under it, another noted his handwriting was worse than expected. Five posts used his name in their titles.
- Price comes up in almost every post: 11 called it expensive, and 2 said it was costly but worth it, so they don't settle either way. 'Wicked in size, taste and price', one wrote; another, served three pieces of regular grilled fish, asked 'this is ₩48,000?'. A couple who ordered the extra-large grill and braise paid ₩260,000 for two.

There's no parking at the door; diners use the underground garage of the Seohui Starhills Centum Primo officetel next door. Five posts said they parked there — one had to go down to B3 because it was so full, another found spaces tight. Several posts repeat that the restaurant covers one hour; one warned that a wait plus a slow meal can run past it.

Getting inside
No visitor wrote about which floor the dining room is on. The address says ground floor and a guesthouse occupies the floors above, but that is not someone describing their way in.
We don't know whether there's a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or pushchair gets in. Families went, but none mentioned a pushchair. That means no one wrote about it, not that access is lacking.
No post says whether the toilet is inside the restaurant or separated by gender.

Of the 26 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Of the posts that said who they came with: family 5, partner or spouse 5, friends 2, colleagues 1. Three mention children, but two of those are by the same blogger. One said the mild side dishes suited the kids.
- Fishiness is split: one post (regular size, and the writer warned they're sensitive to smell) noticed a fishy taste; three said there was none.
- Opinions on space differ: two posts found it smaller than it looks from outside, one said the tables were well spaced. Posts counted roughly ten tables, mostly for four, with some for six.

The phone number, 051-925-2524, is the same in nine posts; one diner called ahead to ask about the wait. Whether reservations are taken is unclear — one post was told bookings were already closed.
- The extra-large size is new: a long-time regular wrote in July 2026 that large used to be the biggest option and extra-large had since appeared. We don't know when it was added. Two posts share the same sentences in the same order and look like a single commissioned template; another write-up that headlines Lee Jae-yong describes no actual visit, so we did not count it.
