A barley-rice restaurant on the fourth floor of a building across from the Millak Waterside Park public car park in Suyeong-gu, Busan. A barley-rice meal (plain rice or rice-oat-barley) is 11,000 won: you pile ten kinds of seasoned vegetables on the rice and mix it with thick soybean paste or chilli paste, with soybean-paste stew and bean-curd-dregs stew alongside. Pairs mostly ordered the two-person sets with two croakers and a pancake (38,000 or 40,000 won). We read 22 posts from February 2025 to October 2026; 20 describe a visit. One was about the chain's Gijang branch and was set aside, and one was a single entry in a neighbourhood list.

You take a lift to the fourth floor. Three posts mention it, all noting its age — it rattled, it 'smells of the years'. Two guests staying at a lodging on the seventh floor of the same building said the same.
No post went in with a wheelchair or pushchair. One post copied listing info saying the entrance is wheelchair-accessible, but that is not first-hand. One post noted a step up into the inner seating.
No one said whether the toilet is inside the restaurant. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in listing info one post copied.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Opinions on price split. One post said 11,000 won is not good value when local barley-rice sets cost 8,000–9,000; two found it fair for what arrives; one thought it pricey but understandable. The 11,000-won single and the 38,000/40,000-won two-person sets were quoted unchanged across the whole period we read.
- Four posts found the portions large, one found them modest but enough. On the rice alone, one thought it looked small until mixed with the vegetables; another said big eaters might want more.
- Opening hours have shifted. Ten posts from February to December 2025 give 10:30–20:30 (last order 20:00); three from January–March 2026 give closing at 19:00 (one says December–February closes at 19:00); four from July 2026 on give 10:30–20:00 (last order 19:30). Fourteen posts agree it is closed on Mondays. Check current hours before going.
- No post describes waiting. One regular said it is nearly full at lunch, and one saw many reservation names on a board. That is not proof there's no queue — nobody wrote about one.
- Several posts list the phone number 0507-1485-7180. One saw reservation names on a board, but nobody wrote that they booked by phone.
- No post describes a bus or subway route. One said it is some way from Gwangalli beach and awkward on foot; another walked over from across the Suyeong River.
- Takeaway reports differ by date: a December 2025 post took leftover pancake home, while a March 2026 post saw a notice that leftovers cannot be packed.
- Oki Boribap has outlets elsewhere — Haeundae, Cheongsapo, Gijang Chiram. We counted only posts about this Millak-dong fourth-floor shop and dropped one about the Gijang branch, which that post said has closed.
