A conger-eel specialist on the waterfront row of raw-fish restaurants at Chiram harbour, Ilgwang, Gijang (Munoseong-gil 547). You eat the eel sashimi, spun dry and fluffy, mixed into soybean-powdered cabbage with chojang, add charcoal-grilled sauced eel that arrives fully cooked, and finish with the 2,000-won-per-person stew-and-rice set. Sashimi and grilled eel run 28,000 won a plate, 50,000 for two, 75,000 for three, 100,000 for four. What sets it apart
- Expect to wait at weekend lunch and from around 6 pm. Seven posts waited and four walked straight in. One arrived at noon on a Saturday to about ten groups ahead, quoted 30 minutes but seated in 15 to 20; one waited 20 minutes on a holiday; one got in at 11:30 just ahead of the queue. The four who didn't wait came on a rainy day, a weekday, a weekend evening, or just got lucky.
- Two posts describe the waiting setup: names are called, so stay nearby; there is plenty of seating out front, and one says elderly guests and pregnant women were asked to wait inside.

Getting inside
Nobody says which floor the dining room is on or whether there are steps — only that it faces the harbour road.
No one describes the entrance step or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. One post copies the listing's 'wheelchair accessible entrance', which we don't count. That means unknown, not absent.
Nobody says whether the toilet is inside the restaurant; 'separate men's and women's toilets' is copied from the listing. One post notes a public toilet by the fisheries co-op building at the village entrance.
