Jaeseong Milmyeon Gamcheon-jeom
재성밀면 감천점 Jaeseong reads as a person's given name, and milmyeon is Busan's wheat-flour cold noodle; Gamcheon-jeom marks this as the Gamcheon branch.
Compiled from 25 blog posts read in fullSources →
A milmyeon (Busan wheat cold noodle) house on Gamcheon-ro 61 in Saha-gu, on the main road right next to Jungang Hospital and a few minutes' drive from Gamcheon Culture Village, which is why many posts stop here after the village. Cold-broth and spicy noodles are 8,500 won, a plate of dumplings 7,000 won; warm beef broth and pickled radish arrive first in a kettle, and a serving robot brings the food. We read 30 posts from May 1 to October 19, 2026; 25 describe an actual visit (one post about a different branch was set aside). Of those 25, three disclose sponsorship and one says the writer paid.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Eleven posts say you top up broth and side dishes yourself at a self-serve corner. The broth drew the most comment: one writer refilled twice, another went through two kettles, a third drank eight cups. The corner holds warm broth, pickled radish and yellow pickle; water is self-serve from a dispenser.
- Eighteen of the 25 visit posts call the room spacious: two- and four-seat tables plus a long wall bench, and five mention private rooms in the back for groups — 'about two small rooms', 'a room behind a partition that takes groups'. Several also noticed plenty of solo diners.
- Expect a wait at lunch. Two posts waited — one wrote down a name and waited about 10–15 minutes, the other found a line but got a seat quickly because tables turn over fast. Two others that came early (around 11 on a weekend, just before lunch) walked straight in. Two posts note a sign-up sheet and waiting chairs at the entrance.
- Eight posts saw the country-of-origin board themselves, listing domestic beef bones for the broth as well as domestic meat, rice and kimchi. Claims like 'broth from Korean beef bones', the top hygiene grade and 'No. 1 cold noodles in Saha-gu' are the restaurant's own signage, and we treat them as such.
1 more
- One post disagrees on taste. Written by someone who paid in July 2026, it found the noodles 'just ordinary' and the dumplings like 'store-bought', and says they won't return. The rest speak well of the broth and noodles, and two describe repeat visits.

Parking
10 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Many came by car, and 10 posts say they actually parked. Two options: the tower (lift) car park at Jungang Hospital next door, free for an hour — two posts walk through the routine of getting a ticket from the attendant and having the restaurant stamp it before leaving. Three parked on the street right out front around lunchtime. The street-parking window is given variously as 11:30–13:30 or 11:00–14:00.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| Toilet inside | 1 of 25 posts |
|---|
No post says which floor the dining room is on or whether there are steps; they only say it sits on the main road.
No post mentions an entrance step or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in — unknown, not absent. (The one post listing wheelchair access was about the Sasang branch and is excluded.) One post mentions high chairs, and two visits included children.
Only one post places the restroom inside, to the left. A separate men's and women's restroom appears only in another post's copied info block, which we did not count. No one describes its size or condition.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 29 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-09-11 | 2 posts in one day |
|---|
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Some of this is promotion. Around fifteen posts end in the same block of hashtags, and three of them disclose sponsorship; one post appeared twice under two addresses and was counted once. We counted them as visits because each records a different order and time, but read the praise with that in mind.
- Opening hours come only from copied info blocks: 19 posts give 10:00–20:50 daily, one says 20:30 and one 21:00 (last order). Two posts mention a notice that from November to March the place closes at 19:30, but none of the posts we read fall in that period, so no one has confirmed winter hours. Some posts say it is open every day with no afternoon break.
- Prices are consistent from July to October 2026: 8,500 won for either noodle and 7,000 won for dumplings. One post alone lists dumplings at 6,000 won for nine. A July post warns that the price shown on Naver did not match the menu board, so check in person. Two bowls plus a plate of dumplings comes to 24,000 won; takeaway containers are 500 won extra.
- Only one post arrived by public transport (bus); the rest drove or didn't say. A note that it is a one-minute walk from the Buil Electronic Design High School bus stop is copied info from another post. No one says how far it is from a subway station.
- The phone number, 051-204-9925, is given consistently by more than ten posts. Reservations appear only in copied info blocks; no one actually booked.
