Jeongjitgan
정짓간 Jeongjitgan is Gyeongsang dialect for the kitchen (jeongji); the shop writes it with the hanja 情炊間, a room where food is cooked with affection.

A pork-soup house on the 1st and 2nd floors of a red-brick building in the alley opposite Busan Station. The ground floor is a waiting room with luggage storage (the Busandang bakery shares it); you eat upstairs. Plain dwaeji-gukbap is 10,000 won, the most-ordered garlic version 11,000, banga and mala 12,000. Soup comes in brass bowls, you order on a tablet at your seat, and kimchi comes from a self-serve bar at the back. We read 30 posts from 25 May to 19 Oct 2026; 24 of them actually ate here, 22 of those in Sept–Oct 2026.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- You can leave your suitcase. 17 of the 24 visit posts mention the luggage room or lockers on the ground floor, and several actually used it while eating. The same 17 describe a seated waiting area downstairs.
- Expect a queue. 14 visit posts waited, and the times they wrote down were 5 min, 2–3, 10, 10, 15, 10–20, 30, 56 min, 1 h, 1 h, 1 h and 1 h 20. The hour-long waits were weekend or holiday lunches and a Sunday afternoon; the sub-ten-minute ones were Wednesday and Sunday evenings. Two posts walked straight in, at weekday opening and at 3:20 pm. The queue runs on the CatchTable app, and one post says you must check in on site once you are about 13th in line.
- The most common remark is no porky smell: 13 posts say so and none disagree. The flip side is a clean, light broth; one post warns it may feel thin if you want a heavy, rich stock, and three self-described Busan locals called it good but not worth a long queue.
- Solo diners and groups both fit: 8 posts describe a central partitioned bar for one or two plus wall tables for four to six. One says parties of five or six can jump ahead when a big table frees up. Five posts mention high chairs.
1 more
- 12 posts call the portions big — rice packed into the bowl, more meat than they could finish. 10 mention going back to the self-serve bar for more kimchi.

Parking
2 posts say you cannot park. None say you can.

There is no parking of its own. Nearly every post copies a 'no parking' line; two speak from experience — nearby lots almost full on a weekend, and using the Chinatown public car park. Several copied notes say parking is not validated.

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

The dining room is upstairs, reached by lift. 15 posts ate on the 2nd floor and 9 mention riding the elevator; one notes there are stairs too. Three posts put the toilet on the 2nd floor, and one says it is just right of the entrance as you leave the lift, with separate men's and women's rooms.
No post entered with a wheelchair or pushchair. Nine mention the elevator, but nobody said whether there is a step at the door; one sponsored post guessed wheelchair users would be fine, without having seen one.
No one mentioned: Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 26 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- All 20 visit posts that give hours say 10:00–22:00 daily, last order 21:30, but every one is a copied info block. One post confirms there is no afternoon break by walking in at 3:20 pm. A templated post claims Wednesday closures; another post ate there on a Wednesday evening, so we left it out.
- Prices agree across the Sept–Oct 2026 posts. Only one templated post lists lower prices (9,500 won plain, 10,000 garlic), which we did not count. Nobody called it expensive; two posts said it was good value. One mentions a receipt-review offer of two dumplings or a drink.
- There seems to be no booking as such — what posts call a 'reservation' is the CatchTable remote queue. One post found mobile data patchy on the ground floor and had to step outside to check in. More than ten posts give the phone as 0507-1468-2207; one lists a different number.
