A pork-rib house inside Choryang's galbi alley, between Busan Station and Choryang Station, at 15-4 Choryang-ro, Dong-gu. Marinated ribs, plain ribs, pork belly and neck are all 12,000 won a portion (most posts say 150g for plain ribs, 200g for marinated), and staff grill the meat at your table. At lunch (11:00–14:30) a set of ribs, soybean stew and rice costs 13,000 won per person, minimum two. We read 30 posts from 16 June to 24 October 2026; the 28 that describe a visit all date from 14 September to 24 October. One regular wrote that the house opened only at 4 p.m. for a while before bringing lunch back.

What sets it apart
- Staff grill the meat for you: 25 of the 28 visit posts said staff or the owner did the grilling. Several mention squash and king oyster mushrooms put on the grill alongside, the meat cut into bites, and the last pieces grilled for you too. One post said the owner grills "when it isn't busy," so we can't say it always happens at peak times.
- Expect a wait at dinner. Seven posts say they waited: six people for 30 minutes around 7 p.m. on a Sunday, 30 minutes at 7:30 p.m. during Chuseok, nearly 30 minutes behind four groups at 7:30 p.m., three groups ahead at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday, and 15 minutes behind one group on a Saturday evening. Two more saw others queuing or had waited before on a weekend evening. One post walked straight into the last free table around 8 p.m. One mentions chairs to wait on outside.

Getting inside
No one described which floor the restaurant is on or whether there are stairs; only the address says ground floor. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there's nothing to note.
Nobody mentioned an entrance step or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller — not even the post that went with an 18-month-old.
Two posts mentioned the toilet — a silver door right by the entrance — and both found it clean. Whether it is inside the dining room or outside, and whether it is split by gender, we can't tell.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 30 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts disagree on the minimum first order of meat: one says three portions, another says two is fine. Four posts say the lunch set needs at least two people.
- Four posts say you can reserve through Naver. Remote waitlists are disputed: two used Tabling, one saw a CatchTable kiosk by the door, and one said there is no CatchTable. Most posts give the phone number 0507-1301-9296; one listicle gave 051-468-9842.
- Almost every post gives the same hours — daily 11:00–22:50, break 14:30–16:00, last order 21:50, closed the second Tuesday of each month — but mostly copied from the listing. Three posts said it opens at 4 p.m.; since a regular wrote that the house had switched to 4 p.m. openings and then brought lunch back, those are likely out of date. Check before you go.
- Of the 28 visit posts, one disclosed a free meal voucher, one said the author paid, and 26 say nothing. The October posts cluster around the same search-keyword titles and a similar layout, and two share whole sentences word for word, so praise for taste and service should be read with that in mind.
