안목 부산역점 Anmok Busanyeok-jeom The booking page writes the name in hanja as 安木, literally 'restful wood'; the posts say nothing more about why the house is called that.

Anmok's Busan Station branch is a pork-and-rice-soup (dwaeji gukbap) house a few minutes' walk from Exit 6 of Busan Station, on a lane lined with gukbap places. We read 30 posts dated 10 September to 19 October 2026; 20 describe eating here (we set aside 9 about other restaurants, and one only lists the place in a festival guide). The basic bowl, with pork foreleg and shank, is 10,000 won; the mixed bowl is 10,500 and the head-meat bowl 11,000. Many posts added the warm five-layer pork plate (17,000), billed as exclusive to this branch, or the 18,000-won one-person soup-and-pork set. The broth arrives already seasoned and the rice comes steeped in it unless you ask for it on the side, as seven posts mention. Most diners are travellers off the train who join the remote queue on the CatchTable app and wait to be called.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Expect to wait. Seventeen of the 20 visit posts mention a queue. The ten that give a time report 15 minutes, 30, 30, 35, just over 40, over 40, about 1 hour 25, 90 minutes, about 2 hours and about 3 hours (that last one after pushing their turn back twice). One post saw 146 parties in the walk-in queue on a public holiday. The short waits were 7 parties at 3:40 pm on a Friday (15 minutes), 5 parties at 6 pm on a weekday, and second in line after arriving at 9:20 am on a Sunday. Posts note you can push your turn back up to twice, and that you must check in at the CatchTable kiosk out front on arrival or lose your place.
- There is little seating for those waiting outside. Three posts mention it: room for about four people, not many seats, a few chairs. One suggests joining the remote queue and walking to the nearby Bukhang waterfront while you wait.
- You can leave luggage at the door. Six posts saw a spot by the entrance for suitcases; one notes a small space there where you leave your bag before going in. Another came straight from the station because its lockers were full and left their bags by the entrance.
- Side dishes are refilled from a self-serve bar. Twelve posts describe it. Kimchi, cubed radish kimchi, chives and pickled peppers are set at the table; chilli paste, minced garlic and salted shrimp are at the bar. Five posts finished with scorched-rice tea or scorched rice from the bar's rice cooker. Two found the kimchi well fermented and sour, and two wished it were fresh.
6 more
- Two posts note that the table water is tea rather than plain water.
- You order and pay at the table. Six posts used a tablet or kiosk there. Three posts say the food came fast, one within about five minutes; one says it took a little while.
- The meat is sliced thin and wide. Four posts say it is not thick (one compares it to a cheese slice), and six say the bowl holds plenty of meat without the extra-meat option. One was put off by the small bowl at first but came round once they tasted it.
- Seven posts say there is no porky smell. One who dislikes overly clean broth found this one just right, with enough pork flavour. Several contrast it with Busan's funkier gukbap. One notes it is not served bubbling hot, which some may not like.
- One post checked the origin labels on the ordering tablet: pork, cabbage, radish, chives and rice listed as Korean, pork belly as Spanish. Claims of top-grade Korean pork or premium Duroc come from the restaurant's own copy, so we don't rely on them.
- Four posts mention a wall of celebrity autographs, one singling out Ma Dong-seok. Several note the Michelin Bib Gourmand plaques for 2024, 2025 and 2026 at the door.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
From the station
10 posts say it is walkable from the station.
Getting inside
No post describes which floor the dining room is on or any stairs; '1st floor' appears only in the address. That means nobody wrote about it, not that it is fine.
We don't know whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. One family went with two children but said nothing about the entrance.
We don't know about the toilets. One post's info block says there is one and another's summary line says separate men's and women's inside, but both read as copied listing details with no sign the writer used them, so we don't count them.
No one mentioned: Second floor · In a basement · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 21 posts we gathered, 1 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts disagree on size. Four found it smaller than expected (about ten tables, around twenty parties per sitting); one found it roomier than expected. One describes bar seating plus two- and four-person tables, one long shared tables, and one party of three squeezed onto a two-top with an extra chair.
- Opinions on seasoning differ: two say it is just right, one slightly salty, and one called it a bit salty, then oddly bland. Three posts say staff tell you to ask for more broth if it is too salty.
- We know the hours only from copied info blocks. Six agree: Monday–Thursday 11:00–21:00, Friday–Sunday 10:00–21:00, last order 20:30. But one says 11:00–21:00 daily, one gives last order as 21:30, and one Friday visitor complained that the 11:00 opening is too late for early trains. Only one post says it is open every day of the year. Check before planning a Friday-morning visit.
- What people call booking here is CatchTable's remote queue, not a reservation; no post booked a table for a set time. Five posts give the phone number as 051-442-4515, one as 0507-1385-4515. Nobody says whether phone reservations are taken.
- Prices are from September–October 2026 posts and do not vary between them. No post calls it expensive; three call it cheap, good value or reasonable. A meal is 10,000–11,000 won for a bowl, or 18,000 won for the one-person set with pork. One post got a free drink for leaving a review.
