La Vista
라비스타 Rabiseuta La vista is Spanish for 'the view' — both posts came for the night view of Namsan Tower through the third-floor windows.

A third-floor wine bar on Sowol-ro 20-gil in Haebangchon, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, where people sit at the big windows over the Namsan Tower night view with pulpo, gambas and house wine. We read 2 posts, from November 27 to December 28, 2025. Both describe actual visits, but each is one stop in a multi-place Haebangchon itinerary, so what they say about this place is brief.

What sets it apart
- Both posts mention the windows: one wrote of the openness of the full-glass view, the other went for the window view of Namsan Tower and, having given up hope, was seated at a window table.
- Not a quiet room: one post said the music was upbeat rather than mellow and the place was louder than expected. The same post listed window seats, group tables, two-tops and bar seats.
- One post found the gambas small: five prawns and two slices of baguette in a fist-sized cast-iron pot, though it added that this was understandable given view-restaurant pricing.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 1 (of 2 posts read) |
|---|
One post says it is on the third floor, but nobody said whether there is a lift or stairs, or a step at the entrance.
Nobody said where the restroom is or whether it is separated by gender.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know
- One post went with an 8:30 reservation. We don't know whether walk-ins have to wait.
- No post mentions waiting in line. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is no wait.
- Nobody described how to get there from a station or bus stop; both posts stopped by on a walking tour of Haebangchon.
- One post went with a friend, the other with a younger sibling. With only two posts we can't say who people usually go with.
- Neither post gives opening hours or closing days.
- No post gives prices, for individual dishes or for a whole meal.
- Nobody listed a phone number. One post went with a reservation but didn't say how it was made.
