A Korean snack bar on the plaza level (T1) of N Seoul Tower on Namsan: you order at a kiosk and fetch sauces and plates from a self-service bar. Gimbap runs 7,500 to 8,000 won, tteokbokki 8,000, egg ramyeon 7,500, soy fried-chicken bites 15,500 and pork cutlet 15,000, and the window seats look out over the city. One post says the space was CJ's Jeil Jemyeonso from around 2017 until it reopened as Durumi Bunsik in late 2024. We read 28 posts from May 2025 to October 2026; 23 describe actually eating here, several of them on festival days at the tower.

The values differ, but the periods they were written in do not overlap. This looks like a change over time rather than a disagreement, and the top row is the most recently reported. We did not confirm it with the restaurant.
What sets it apart
- Seven posts say the window seats look out over Seoul, with sunsets and the Han River in view; one notes staff raise the window blinds in the afternoon. Two posts found the window seats all taken, one felt the ground-floor windows hide about a third of the view, and one said the glass was not clean.
- Five posts call it expensive and one calls it cheap. One paid 16,000 won for dumpling ramyeon and a tuna-mayo roll and called that startlingly pricey; others said it is steep for snack food but expected inside the tower. The discounts two posts mention were CJ employee discounts, not open to everyone.
- Six posts ordered at the kiosks, two by the entrance with English and Japanese options. Three posts noticed many foreign customers, one estimating over half the room.
- Six posts came with children, all on family outings; one found the tables spaced well for that. A high chair appears only in a copied info block, so we did not count it.
1 more
- Eight posts went up by the Namsan circular bus or the cable car. The five that drove all parked at public lots lower down and walked or took the cable car; one notes cars cannot drive to the summit, so there is no parking at the shop.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 2 (of 23 posts read) |
|---|
Two posts placed it on the ground (plaza) floor from their own visit; none mention a basement.
We don't know about steps at the door or wheelchair and stroller access. One family pushed a stroller around Namsan but said nothing about the shop entrance; nobody wrote about it.
No post described the toilets from experience. One post's copied info block says they are outside the shop and separated by sex.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 28 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Only one post waited for a table, briefly. Another advises grabbing a seat before ordering on weekends. The long queues many posts describe are for the cable car, the incline lift and the observatory, not this shop.
- Eight posts list opening hours, all copied from listings. All agree on a 22:00 close and six give last orders at 21:00. Opening time splits: five posts from February 2026 and from June onward say 11:00, three from April 2026 say 10:00, and we can't tell whether spring hours were earlier. One says it never closes.
- Every post that lists a phone number gives the same one, 02-318-4146. Nobody says whether it takes reservations on normal days; one post says that on the 2025 fireworks night it ran by reservation only, at 200,000 won for a mid-room table with unlimited beer.
- Five of the 28 posts were not counted as visits: an affiliate post selling observatory-plus-meal tickets, two tower dining guides, one that ate elsewhere, and a diary that only names the shop. Two other posts by the same blogger describe the same meal.
