Unsan is a Korean set-course restaurant on the first basement level of the Kukmin Ilbo (CCMM) building in Yeouido. We read 30 posts from April 2025 to October 2026; 16 of them record actually eating here. All 16 were family occasions — 14 pre-wedding family meetings, plus a 60th and a 70th birthday. Most cite the Wonang course at 73,000 won a head and the Bonghwang at 94,000, and the reason people chose it is that every dish arrives plated per person rather than shared. 13 of the 16 ate in a private room.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- This is a private-room place: 13 of the 16 visit posts were shown to a room, and one says no sound carried from the next room. One June 2025 post, though, says their booking had been wrongly marked cancelled; after about ten minutes outside they got a cramped room right by the door that barely held a six-person table.
- You book ahead: 13 posts mention booking, and several say Naver reservations open a month out. Two say Saturday-lunch rooms go fast, and one got an earlier slot by phone. Telling them it is a family meeting gets you the pair of mandarin-duck figures on the table.
- Eight posts say ordering a wedding-meeting course brings one free bottle — orange juice, bokbunja, traditional liquor or wine — and the whole room has to pick the same one. One post wished for more non-alcoholic choices, since drivers end up stuck with orange juice.
- Courses come without long gaps: eight posts say the next plate arrived before any awkward silence. One May 2025 post found it too fast and asked them to slow down; one June 2025 post asked them to speed up. Both say the staff adjusted.
1 more
- The plates look small, but nine posts say they were full by the end. One January 2026 post disagrees: the family went home and ate more.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside
| In a basement | 9 of 16 posts |
|---|---|
| Lift to the floor | 7 of 16 posts |
| Step-free access | 1 of 16 posts |
It is one floor below ground: nine posts describe going down, seven took the lift. One June 2025 post warns that not every lobby elevator stops at B1. There is a Starbucks on the ground floor for early arrivals.
Nobody says whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair gets in. The only clue is one post saying their ten-person room had space for a stroller.
No post mentions the toilets — where they are or whether they are separated. That means we don't know, not that there are none.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 21 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Two posts call it expensive — one family that eats Korean set meals often said it was not worth the price — and a May 2025 post says the Wonang course had just risen from the 60,000s to 73,000 won. One February 2026 post gives different prices (Wonang 94,000, Bonghwang 77,000). Two posts paid with Seoul Pay vouchers.
- No one describes arriving by subway. The ten-minute walk from Yeouinaru or National Assembly station is copied from the listing; one post says it is closer to a fifteen-minute walk. One family came by taxi.
- No one mentions queuing — everyone had a booking. Two posts note seats by the entrance where early arrivals can wait.
- Opening hours appear only in copied listing blocks: two posts give 11:30–22:00 on weekdays and 11:30–21:00 on weekends with a 15:00–17:30 break; one gives 21:00 closing only. No post mentions a closing day.
- The phone number 02-780-6333 appears only in two listing posts by people who did not eat here. Several visitors booked or changed headcount by phone but did not print the number.
