Seoljangeo is an eel grill on the second basement floor of the Paragon building on Gukhoe-daero, Yeouido. You pick domestic Japonica eel by weight from a chilled showcase at the door, pay for it, then pay a table charge once seated. The eel arrives pre-grilled from the kitchen and is finished over charcoal at the table. Five posts up to 5 October gave 9,960 won per 100g; five posts from 3 October gave 5,900 won. Of 15 posts, 14 added the eel soup with shepherd's purse and snails (12,000 won) and 12 a black-raspberry highball. - The eel comes out of the kitchen whole and already grilled once — all 15 posts say so. Several note you only need to finish the cut faces at the table; one post found the wait for it a little long.

One post brought in two prams for a one- and two-year-old and parked them at the table after removing chairs. The restaurant is on B2 and one post took the lift, but nobody mentioned an entrance step or going in by wheelchair.
None of the 15 posts says whether the toilet is inside the restaurant or separated by gender. That means we don't know, not that there isn't one.

What we do not know
- Prices depend on when people went. Posts from September to 5 October gave 9,960 won per 100g (24,900 won a portion); from 3 October, 5,900 won per 100g (59,000 won a kilo), with two posts quoting an October promotion of 29,500 won a kilo. The table charge was listed at 5,000 won, cut to 3,000 during the soft opening and, per one post, free in October. Nobody has reported prices after the promotion.
- Of 15 posts, one discloses sponsorship, one says it received complimentary service, one shows a receipt, and 12 say nothing about who paid. The same phrases — '140 pyeong, 200 seats', 'S+ grade', 'second generation' — recur in a similar order, suggesting opening-campaign copy. Grade and sourcing claims are the shop's own wording, so we do not rely on them.
- No post reports waiting. Three went on a weekday early evening, a weekend evening and a Sunday lunch and found it quiet; one found it fairly busy. All are from the first month, so we do not know about waits at office lunch or after-work peaks.
