Compiled from 12 blog posts read in fullSources →

Modou Yeouido is a hanu (Korean beef) course restaurant on the 4th floor of Yeouido Finance Tower. Eleven of the 12 posts from people who went say they ate in a private room. September 2026 posts had the 159,000-won Signature Sura course; two October posts took the standard course and paid 10,000 won more for the ten-cut 'whole cow' omakase. Many went for engagement meetings, parents' birthdays or dates. We read 30 posts dated January 5 to October 21, 2026; 5 were about other restaurants and 13 were not first-hand visits (10 template posts and 3 discount lists).

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. You eat in a room. Eleven of the 12 visit posts say so. A January writer booked for three and still got a large room; two posts say they could not hear other tables. The '22 rooms, no hall seating' line is repeated word for word across posts and reads like the house's own copy.
  2. Who grills splits 4 to 1. Four posts say staff grilled, some only the first piece before handing over. One October 2026 weekend-dinner visit says staff did not grill at all and they cooked it themselves.
  3. Service splits 3 to 1. Three posts found staff kind, one noting they paced the meal to a stated departure time. One October 2026 weekend-dinner post says orders and extra sides kept being missed and many dishes were sold out.

Parking

1 posts say you can park. None say you cannot.

Posts saying you can park1 of 12 posts

Parking is in the tower garage; the free-hours schedule (1 h weekday lunch, 2 h weekday dinner, 3 h weekends) is copied across posts. Only one writer describes driving: on a weekday they got one free hour and paid about 6,000 won extra.

Getting inside

In a basementyes 0 · no 1 (of 12 posts read)
Lift to the floor1 of 12 posts

One post says the restaurant is on the top floor of the tower and reachable by both escalator and elevator, with a waiting bench at the front. No post puts it underground.

No one mentions steps or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. One post notes an elevator, but we don't know about access into the rooms.

No post says where the restrooms are or whether they are separated by gender; we simply don't know.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 25 posts we gathered, 13 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

2026-10-205 posts in one day
2026-10-132 posts in one day

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Much of the coverage is promotional. Ten October 2026 posts follow one template with no dishes, prices or seats, so we did not count them as visits. Of the 12 visit posts, one discloses sponsorship and another still carries captions from a 'blog review guide'. Parking, corkage and discount details appear in the same order across many posts.
  • The menu changed. The January post and one September 26, 2026 post had a three-cut grill, while a Chuseok visit the same week got many cuts including tongue and brisket. From October 1, posts describe a new ten-cut omakase for 10,000 won more per person, so it likely began in late September.
  • Seven posts list hours as 11:30-22:00, five give last order at 21:00. The afternoon break is 15:00-17:00 in four posts, 15:00-17:30 in one (Oct 19) and 15:00-18:00 in one (Sept 25). All are copied info blocks; no post mentions a closing day.
  • Prices: four posts give 159,000 won per person for the Sura course; one lists the dinner standard course at 129,000; a January Christmas lunch (90 g) was 99,000. One writer calls it clearly expensive. One got 10% off with a wedding-community coupon; the 30% pregnancy discount is copied from house info.
  • Five posts say they booked (Naver or CatchTable), one on the same day. Phone: 0507-1330-8324 in two posts, 02-6082-8324 in one.
  • No post describes a queue; every visit was booked, so we don't know about walk-ins.
  • The '163 m from Yeouido Station exit 3' line is copied info; no one describes actually arriving by subway or bus.
