An eel-grilling restaurant that opened in early June 2026 near National Assembly station; its address is the ground floor of the Oakwood Yeouido Park Hotel. Every seat is in a private room. Order Ganghwa tidal-flat eel (85,000 won for 350 g) or freshwater eel (48,000 won for 330 g) and the kitchen par-grills it, then staff finish it on the grill in your room. At lunch there are eel sets that come fully grilled from the kitchen (45,000 and 65,000 won) and an eel soup (28,000 won). What sets it apart
- At dinner, staff grill the eel for you: 20 posts say a server grilled and cut it in the room, and 12 say it arrived par-grilled from the kitchen. The two posts that had the lunch set are different: the eel came fully cooked from the kitchen and the table grill was covered. Several posts say the live eel is shown only for orders of three or more tidal-flat portions; one post that ordered two noted it was not shown.
- There is no main hall, only rooms. Of the 25 posts that describe the space, 24 say they ate in a private room, from a two-person room to a four-person room to one an eight-person family used. Eight posts call it quiet, one noting that the walls keep out noise from the next room. Eleven posts say they booked ahead. What we do not know
- Opening hours seem to have changed. Four posts from June and July 2026 say the place is closed on Sundays or open Monday to Saturday; posts from late August on say it opens 11:30 to 22:00 on weekends. Most give weekdays as 11:00 to 22:00 with a 15:00 to 17:00 break and last order at 21:00; one post says it opens at 11:30 every day. These are mostly copied listing blocks, so check before you go.
- It is not cheap. Posts agree on 85,000 won per portion of tidal-flat eel and 48,000 won for freshwater eel. Meals reported: two people paid 213,000 won for two portions of tidal-flat eel, vegetables and the soup; three paid 195,000 won for the premium lunch set; four paid 460,000 won for four portions and four bottles of bokbunja wine after a 15,000 won discount. Five posts call it expensive, one calls it good value, and one says it did not feel cheap.
- Only one post mentions waiting: they had booked and went straight to a room. No post says what happens without a reservation, though some say the rooms were already full when they arrived.
- Three posts say from experience that it is close to the station. The 'four minutes from exit 3 of National Assembly station' line is copied by many posts; no one wrote about coming by bus.
