BULL'S BURGER

불스버거 Bulseu Beogeo Bull's Burger is named for the bull: the red front door has an angry bull painted on it, and the burgers come on black buns.

Compiled from 15 blog posts read in fullSources →

Bull's Burger is a burger joint behind a red door at the far end of the basement food court in the Excon Venture Tower, right outside Exit 3 of National Assembly station. Burgers come on black buns with a beef patty or fried chicken thigh, and single burgers ran from 7,700 won (the house Bull's Burger) to 10,300 won (shrimp). You order yourself from the table, collect the food at the pickup counter when it's ready, and pour your own soda. We read 17 posts dated October 2024 to October 2026; 15 of them describe an actual visit. The hours have changed: two October 2026 posts list Monday to Saturday 10:30-21:00 and closed on Sundays, while posts up to June 2025 had weekdays closing at 20:15 and Sundays open for lunch only.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. You don't order from staff; you order yourself, as twelve posts describe. Five say they used a kiosk (October 2024 to July 2025, counting one visit from winter 2022-23), six say they scanned a QR code on the table (from May 2025 on), and one says the ordering ran through Coupang. An October 2026 post found the kiosk switched off and was told to order by QR only. Another post notes that when everyone in a group orders on their own phone, it all lands in one cart.
  2. It's easy to reach by subway: seven posts walked over from Exit 3 of National Assembly station on Line 9. One first headed for Exit 3 of Yeouido station by mistake and had to turn back.
  3. Six posts say the kitchen is open and you can watch the burgers being made. A July 2025 post was put off that the cooks worked without masks and chatted while they cooked.
  4. Seven posts describe the beef patty as juicy, and an April 2025 post put the doneness at about medium-rare. Eight posts call the fries or the fried chicken crisp.

Getting inside

In a basement7 of 15 posts
Toilet insideyes 0 · no 1 (of 15 posts read)

The shop is at the far end of the basement food court. Seven posts describe going down to B1 and looking for the red door. Two got lost on the way: one walked into the Twosome cafe in the next building first, and the other went in through the main building entrance and circled the whole basement, then advised using the food-court entrance and taking the stairs down.

Nobody mentioned a step at the door, getting in with a wheelchair or stroller, or an elevator. The shop is on B1, and one post describes taking stairs down from the food-court entrance. We don't know whether there is a step-free way down. That doesn't mean there isn't one, only that nobody wrote about it.

Only one post mentions the toilet, saying you use the building's restrooms, so we take it there is none inside the shop. We don't know whether they are separated by gender or whether there is an accessible one.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot

Of the 17 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know

  • Only one post reports waiting: on a Friday lunchtime in October 2024 they ordered first and then waited for a table, and mention a small waiting bench to one side. A post from 4:30 on a weekday in March 2025 had the place to themselves. A July 2025 post at the lunch peak says food took about 20 minutes from order to tray but a table freed up quickly, so it is unclear whether they waited. An October 2026 post says the tables were nearly full by about 11:40.
  • Each kind of company appears in just one post (alone, with a friend, with a partner, with a group of coworkers), which isn't enough to say who the place suits best. The solo diner sat at a table for one or two, and several posts mention tables in a range of sizes, from two-seaters up to tables for five or six.
  • All the opening hours we have were copied from listings, and they differ by period. Two October 2026 posts give Monday to Saturday 10:30-21:00, closed every Sunday. Posts up to June 2025 give weekdays 10:30-20:15 with a 14:30-16:00 break, and Sundays lunch only. We don't know when the change happened. Even the older posts disagree on Saturdays: 11:30-18:45, 11:30-19:00, 11:30-20:00 and 16:00-20:30 all appear.
  • Single-burger prices stayed the same from January 2025 to October 2026 (Bull's Burger 7,700 won, Classic Cheeseburger 9,900 won). The set upcharge varies: a January 2025 menu shows 4,000 won on top of the burger (Bull's set 11,700 won), while posts from March to May 2025 show 3,500 won (11,200 won). Nobody recorded a set price in 2026. For a full meal, one post says two sets for two people came to 27,100 won. Three posts call the prices reasonable.
  • The phone number 070-4647-0511 appears in nine posts, but none says they phoned ahead to book. 'Reservations available' is also just a copied listing detail.
  • One post, from May 15, 2025, discloses sponsorship ('#sponsored'). Another post went up the same day listing the same hours, and three posts from January to June 2025 end with an identical line of hashtags. None of them mentions payment, so we didn't count them as sponsored. Two posts say they paid their own way.
