A café in a converted two-storey brick house tucked into a Yeonnam-dong alley off Seongmisan-ro 29-gil. It is known for its cream-topped einspänner (6,500 won), served alongside buns such as the butter and cinnamon buns (5,500 won). Both floors are split into separate rooms, with outdoor seating in the yard and on the second floor. We read 30 posts dated July to October 2026; seventeen describe a visit to this Yeonnam branch. What sets it apart
- The room is full of tourists. Nine of the seventeen visit posts said so: one guessed Koreans were about 10% of customers, another counted more than half foreigners on the ground floor alone, and a third found it packed with Chinese and Japanese travellers on a weekday afternoon. One noted trays left on tables, so the next person could not sit.
- There is outdoor seating — eight posts mentioned the yard or the second-floor terrace. But four ended up indoors anyway: too much sun, too hot, seats wet from rain, or too cold.
- On weekdays and in the evening you usually walk straight in: three posts — a weekday at 3 p.m., a Saturday at 7 p.m., a Sunday at 6 p.m. — waited for nothing. One passer-by saw a huge queue outside on a weekend. When it is full you write your name and party size on a list and wait outside to be called; one weekday-3-p.m. visitor found it full and nearly had to wait.

There is a second floor. Eight posts mentioned it. Two said a long ten-seat table sits at the top of the stairs with plenty of outlets, so the laptop crowd heads upstairs. One went up because the ground floor was full.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in — no one wrote about it. One post, going by a photo of the building, said the café sits about half a storey up, and others describe wooden stairs to the second floor. No one mentioned a lift.
Toilets are inside, split by floor: women's on the ground floor, men's upstairs, according to two posts. One called them well kept.

- Only one post described the walk — about 13 minutes from Hongik University Station exit 3. The '815 m from Gajwa Station exit 4' line is copied info.
- Eight posts give the same hours — daily 11:00–21:00, last order 20:30 — though mostly copied. One visitor found closing a bit early for a long chat. Two say there is no regular closing day.
- Two posts list the phone number 070-8869-5542, but no one said whether the shop takes reservations — that's a gap in the posts, not a no.
- Expect roughly 11,000–12,000 won for a drink and a bun. One post paid 16,000 won for an iced americano, a flat white and a cinnamon bun; another paid 17,500 won for three drinks. One called the prices fair for the location.
