COFFEE LIBRE
커피리브레 파란점 Keopi Ribeure Paranjeom Libre is Spanish for 'free', after the Mexican lucha libre wrestler's mask in the brand logo; paran is Korean for 'blue', after that blue mask.

A café on Seongmisan-ro 29-gil in Yeonnam-dong, filling the basement to the second floor of Coffee Libre's head-office building. It serves filter coffee from the beans of the day and sells beans and drip bags; posts list an iced americano at 5,000 won and a Honduras COE filter at 9,500 won. You order on the ground floor and sit in the large basement or at the bar-only second floor. We read 29 posts from 4 September to 9 October 2026; seven describe a visit to this shop. Most of the rest are about the brand's Yeonnam branch on Seongmisan-ro 32-gil, its Myeongdong Cathedral shop, a Gwangju pop-up, or other places, and we did not count them.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Two posts mention outdoor tables and a bench in front. One drank iced filter coffee outside around noon on 22 September 2026, shaded by tall potted plants.
- One post brought a dog in and sat with it. Another lists dogs as allowed, but only in a copied info block.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.
Getting inside

| In a basement | 6 of 6 posts |

The second floor is bar seating only, according to two posts. One describes a six-seat wooden table on the ground floor and a long table plus two- to four-seat tables in the basement, with the open coffee bar visible from above.
Most of the seating is underground. Six of the seven visit posts describe the basement and five call the place large — the basement is the biggest floor, a larger room a lift ride down. One post found the basement roomy but a little stuffy and echoey, and suggested staying on the ground floor. Another noted that people down there were mostly on laptops or studying.
A lift serves the basement; two posts mention it, one noting you can take either the stairs or the lift.
No post says whether there is a step at the entrance or describes getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. Two mention a lift, but we know nothing about the entrance.
No visitor described where the toilets are. Separate men's and women's toilets appear only in one copied info block.
No one mentioned: Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 8 posts we gathered, 2 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
| 2026-09-15 | 2 posts in one day |

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post describes walking from a station or bus stop; the '823 m from Hongik Univ. exit 3' line is copied from Instagram.
- No post mentions waiting or walking straight in. That does not mean there is no queue — nobody wrote about it.
- Too few posts say who they came with to show a pattern: one with a friend, one with a spouse, one with a dog.
- Three posts give the opening hours as 09:30–18:00 daily, all copied from the shop's notice. Only one adds last orders at 17:45, and none mentions closing days.
- Only two posts give prices (americano 5,000 won, matcha latte and cheesecake 6,500, a filter coffee 9,500), and none calls them high or low.
- The phone number 02-332-7140 appears once, copied. Nobody booked by phone; one post signed up for the reading party through Naver booking, but we do not know whether ordinary tables can be reserved.
