Yeomchang Palgyeong
염창8경 Yeomchang Palgyeong means 'the eight views of Yeomchang', after the riverside neighbourhood the hotel stands in.

Yeomchang Palgyeong is a Western-style restaurant on the 15th floor of the JK Blossom Hotel in Yeomchang-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. Pastas and risottos run in the high teens of thousands of won (shrimp oil pasta 19,800, seafood tomato pasta 18,700), tenderloin steak is 46,200, and there is a barbecue platter and a beef set at 44,000 won a head. Seating is split between an indoor room and a terrace facing the Han River. We read 30 posts from 21 April to 16 October 2026; 10 of them (April to September) ate here. We set aside 7 that were about the 16th-floor self-barbecue, the basement golf range or hotel stays, and did not count 13 that only introduced the place or never went in.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- Six of the ten visit posts mention the terrace, and the season matters: in late March it was chilly and the glass was closed; in June one diner booked outside on purpose; in July one group was told it was too hot to sit out and was seated indoors, and another found the outdoor tables hot and humid.
- Five posts booked ahead, three of them through Naver. The one walk-in, after the lunch rush, was the only customer in the room.
- Five posts came with family: a mother's birthday, a visiting mother-in-law, a weekend with a daughter, a small first-birthday party. Three brought children, and one of those concluded it is better without kids.
- Three posts found the portions large: the barbecue platter would fill two grown men, and the beef set with rice and pasta left one diner stuffed. One post thought the champagne pour was small.

- Two posts mention a free pineapple sorbet for writing a review; one of them got it.

Only the first-birthday post describes parking from experience: plenty of space and three hours free. Two others just say the hotel car park can be used. The 5,000 won per night in hotel posts is the guests' rate.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside

| Lift to the floor | 2 of 10 posts |

Two posts say they rode the elevator up to the 15th floor; nothing else is said about floors or stairs.
One post says strollers are allowed in; no one wrote about a step at the entrance or coming in by wheelchair. That means we do not know, not that there is none.
No visit post says where the toilets are or whether they are separated by gender. 'Separate men's and women's toilets' appears only in a post copying the Naver listing, which we do not count.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 23 posts we gathered, 13 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.

We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Price opinions split. Of six posts that discussed it, two said it was not expensive, one found the drinks pricey (lemonade 6,600 won, cola 4,400), and two said it felt a bit expensive but fair for a hotel restaurant. Two posts give a total: just over 100,000 won for a mother and daughter with the set, a pasta and a salad, and 100,000 won for a family's platter, pizza and two beers.
- Two posts came by public transport: about ten minutes on foot from Deungchon Station through residential lanes, and one direct bus from Dangsan Station. The Jeungmi Station walking times in hotel-stay posts (9 to 15 minutes, uphill) are not counted here.
- No one wrote about waiting. Only one post walked in, and the room was empty that day; we do not know what a weekend evening without a booking is like.
- One post came with friends and one came alone; beyond family outings there is too little to go on.
- Three visit posts give the same hours in their info blocks: 11:30 to 22:30, break 15:00 to 17:30, last order 21:30, closed Mondays. Two templated hotel-affiliate posts from October 2026 give lunch 11:30 to 15:30 and dinner from 17:00; since neither visited, we cannot tell whether the hours changed. Check before going.
- Two posts give the phone number as 0507-1391-0987; three booked through Naver Reservations.
- The self-grill rooftop 'Blossom Barbecue' on the 16th floor is a separate business and is not counted here, nor is the glamping pork set (74,000 won for two) one post mentions. Two official ads from a party-styling company and two same-day hotel-affiliate posts repeat stock text and are not used as evidence.
