A butcher-counter restaurant on Teheran-ro 38-gil near Seolleung Station: you pick hanu beef at the counter (or order cuts from your seat) and grill it yourself over charcoal at the table. We read just one post, from 22 September 2026. It had the 1++ hanu platter for two (298 g) at 44,400 won, beef tartare at 9,900 won per 100 g and brisket soybean stew at 11,000 won, plus a separate 3,000 won table charge. The post repeats a lot of company background and a 'lowest price in Seoul' pitch, so we kept what the writer actually saw apart from what the house says about itself.

Nobody said whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in. That means we don't know, not that there is no access.
The toilets are inside, behind the self-serve bar, and separated by gender, according to the one post.
