A workplace-style cafeteria in the first basement of the Ace Hightech City 3 building, between Yeongdeungpo-gu Office and Yangpyeong stations. On weekday lunchtimes you pay for a ticket and fill your own tray with rice, soup, main dishes and sides; the menu changes every day. A meal now costs 8,500 won; posts up to July 2025 said 8,000. We read 12 posts dated May 14, 2025 to October 18, 2026: 8 from people who ate there and 4 from real-estate agents advertising offices in the building.

It is on the building's first basement level. Five visit posts say so, and one says that from the main entrance you can take the stairs straight down. One post notes it is the only restaurant down there, so most people heading to the basement at lunch are going here.
We do not know whether there is a step, ramp or lift down to the basement. One post mentions stairs from the main entrance; no post describes getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there is no access.
No post says where the toilets are or whether they are separate for men and women.

What we do not know
- The price depends on when the post was written: 8,000 won in posts from May to July 2025, and 8,500 won in an October 2025 real-estate post and an October 2026 visit. One post looking back on a November 2025 visit says 8,000, so we cannot pin down when the price went up.
- Two posts disagree on waiting. A May 14, 2025 visitor arrived at 11:49, found it busy and got in within 5 to 10 minutes; another two days later found it full but with no wait, thanks to fast turnover. A 2026 post says it gets more crowded on days with popular dishes.
- Only one post gives directions: leave Yeongdeungpo-gu Office station by exit 1 and walk about 10 minutes down the alley with the Paik's Coffee. The real-estate posts' 5 to 6 minute walk and village bus stop are building advertising, and we did not count them.
- Posts do not settle on who people went with. Many came with coworkers or classmates on meal tickets, but few say clearly whether they ate alone or together.
- Three posts agree on opening hours of 11:20 to 14:00 on weekdays, closed at weekends, all copied into info blocks. Two May 2025 posts said dinner was suspended for the time being, and an October 2026 post still says weekday lunch only; no post mentions dinner service returning.
- We have no phone number: one post says none is provided, and no post lists one. Nobody mentions reservations either. Several posts say the day's menu is posted on the shop's blog.
