천하보쌈 Cheonha means 'all under heaven', i.e. the whole world; bossam is boiled pork eaten wrapped with kimchi and greens.

A bossam (boiled pork) house in a lane beside the Changdeokgung palace wall in Wonseo-dong, Jongno. Five posts walked there from Anguk Station exit 3. The signature is the 17,000-won bossam set for one: pork and bossam kimchi with rice, an individual pot of doenjang stew, and sides such as steamed egg, japchae and lettuce. In the evening many posts ordered the medium (48,000 won) or large (58,000 won) platter with drinks. All seating is on the floor. We read 30 posts dated 19 January to 12 October 2026; 24 of them describe a visit.

What sets it apart
- There are no chairs. Nine posts said the seating is on the floor, three of them noting that you take your shoes off. One diner who sat for two hours said their feet went numb and their hips ached, and warned people with bad knees to think twice. A solo diner said there are no tables for one, so they sat at a four-person table.
- Waits vary. Of the eighteen posts that covered it, eleven found a queue and five walked straight in. Recorded waits: 10 minutes after 1 pm at lunch, 15 minutes, 25 minutes at noon on a Sunday, and 30 minutes at 4 pm on a Saturday. The no-wait visits were mostly evenings, such as 7 pm on a weekday or 6:50 pm on a Sunday. One post went right as the afternoon break ended and was seated at once.
- Side dishes are refilled on request. Six posts got more; one was told to wait while the japchae was freshly stir-fried. One post found that extra bossam kimchi is not a refill but costs 5,000 won.
- Eight posts said the pork has no porky smell. Four described the kimchi as sweet, and two said it is not spicy.

Only one post mentioned the floor, saying the restaurant is on the ground floor of a low-rise residential building.
We do not know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller can get in; nobody wrote about it. All seating is on the floor.
No post said where the toilet is or whether it is separated by gender, so we do not know.

What we do not know
- Posts disagree on the cut. Four said the pork comes in thick, chunky slices; one said it is sliced flat. One post also found it a little dry.
- Twelve posts gave the same hours: daily 11:00 to 21:00, break 15:30 to 17:00, last order 20:30, closed on the fourth Sunday of each month. Most of these are copied info blocks. One post arrived around 4 pm on a Saturday and was seated 30 minutes later, so service may sometimes resume before the break officially ends.
- Prices are steady: every post from January to October 2026 lists the bossam set at 17,000 won. One post felt prices had gone up a lot, but none of our posts shows an earlier price. One pair ate two sets plus a half plate of extra pork and extra kimchi, 44,000 won in all.
- Several posts give the same phone number, 02-744-1614. One post found it could book only 20 minutes ahead on a weekday evening; the other mentions of reservations are hearsay or copied info.
- Two posts saw many celebrity autographs on the walls. The TV 'master' title and YouTuber visits are taken from the shop's own plaque or from hearsay, so we did not rely on them.
- Six posts were not counted: three roundup articles, two one-line list entries, and one text an AI wrote from someone's photos.
