A branch of the Paul Bassett coffee chain on the ground floor of the Koreana Hotel, between Gwanghwamun and City Hall stations. We read 22 posts from November 2024 to October 2026; 11 describe an actual visit, and 7 were set aside as hotel-stay posts or posts about other businesses in the building. People ordered the ice cream caffe latte (S 7,500 won), the seasonal ice creams, and lattes and lungos. One writer paid 2,950 won for an iced latte and another 3,180 won for an iced lungo, both with discount coupons. Two posts give the phone number as 02-730-9455.

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.
What sets it apart
- It is bigger inside than it looks. Three posts called it spacious. One said the shop looks small from outside but runs a long way back; another counted tables for four and for six to eight, good for a group.
- Two posts ordered at a kiosk; one noted you can also order from staff, and that the drink came out in about five minutes.
- Two posts went with a child. One mother staying at the hotel went twice for ice cream with her seven-year-old and found the aisles roomy enough; the other stopped in with a child after an exhibition at Deoksugung.

Where it is

We could not find this shop’s own listing on Naver Map, so the link searches for its Korean name around this spot instead.

Getting inside
| In a basement | yes 0 · no 2 (of 9 posts read) |
|---|
We don't know about the entrance step or wheelchair and stroller access. Two posts confirm it is on the ground floor, but nobody described the entrance.
We don't know whether there is a toilet inside the shop or whether it is separated by gender. Nobody mentioned it, which is not the same as there being none.
No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

Posts that followed a TV spot
Of the 13 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No post describes queueing. Two weekday-lunch visitors did say the shop was nearly full of office workers.
- Opening hours: four posts list weekdays as 08:00 to 22:00. For weekends, two posts say 10:30 to 20:00 and one says 10:00 to 20:00. No post mentions a closing day.
- The lavender ice cream is seasonal: two posts from May and June 2026 had it, and a July 20 visitor found the season over. A September 2026 post reports the ice cream milk-tea latte as new.
- We only know prices as dated in the posts. The ice cream caffe latte was 7,500 won (S) on the November 2025 list and in August and September 2026 orders. The 2,950-won and 3,180-won figures are coupon prices, not list prices.
- Nobody wrote about reserving a table. The phone number 02-730-9455 appears in two posts' info boxes.
