A Hanwoo beef course restaurant on the second basement level of the SFC Mall in Gwanghwamun. Every table is in a private room. About ten plates lead up to pre-seared beef that you finish on a small personal brazier, followed by rice and seaweed soup. Of 26 posts by people who went, 15 had the dinner B course: 129,000 won per person with 90 g of beef, 139,000 with 120 g. Lunch courses run from 39,000 to 99,000 won. Most visits were for birthdays, anniversaries, 60th birthdays or meetings between in-laws. We read 30 posts dated 1 February to 8 October 2026. One was about a café in the same building and was set aside, and three are introductions by people who did not eat there — one of them an ad written by the restaurant itself.

What sets it apart
- Every seat is in a private room — all 23 posts that described seating ate in one. Staff lead you from the entrance to a numbered room where your server's card sits on the table. One engagement-lunch post said there is no view down in the basement, but the room made conversation easy.
- No corkage fee for wine you bring: 15 posts said so, and three actually brought a bottle. One was given glasses, an ice bucket and an opener; another brought a Chilean red and got the glasses free. One post noted that soju and beer may not be brought in.
- The beef arrives seared and you finish it yourself: seven posts said it came pre-grilled, and twelve said they cooked it to taste on their own brazier. The restaurant's own blog says staff do the grilling, but that contradicts the visitors and we have not relied on it.
- It looks small but fills you up: seven posts said they were too full to finish the rice or soup. One couple found 120 g exactly right, neither too little nor too much, and another bumped 90 g up to 120 g because 90 felt thin.

Nine posts placed it on the second basement level. One noted the building is two minutes from Gwanghwamun Station exit 5, but getting down and through the mall makes it closer to five to seven minutes on foot. One said the elevator made the trip down easy.
No one wrote about getting in with a wheelchair or stroller or about a step at the door; one post mentions taking the elevator down. That means unreported, not absent.
No one described using the toilets. Two posts copied listing lines — 'in the building, next to the restaurant' and 'separate men's and women's' — which we have not counted.

Of the 28 posts we gathered, 3 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- No one queued; 13 posts said they booked. One noted the room opens 15 minutes before your booking, and before that you wait on chairs outside. We do not know what happens without a reservation.
- Nineteen posts give opening hours, all copied from listings. Weekdays 11:00–22:00 with a 15:00–17:00 break and 21:00 last order are consistent. Twelve say weekends open at 11:30 and six just say 11:00 daily; one gives a weekend break ending at 15:30.
- Only course prices can be checked; no one listed drink prices, though one called them not excessive and another mentioned up to 30% off house wines. Two posts gave an actual bill: 293,000 won for two B courses (120 g) plus croissants, and 594,000 won for six lunch specials.
- Two phone numbers appear: 0507-1368-9554 (10 posts) and 02-6205-9554 (7). Most booked through Naver or CatchTable; one says same-day bookings are by phone, and another got a confirmation call after booking on CatchTable.
- Three posts disclosed sponsorship and one is the restaurant's own ad. Phrases like '21 rooms, up to 20 people' and 'lettering, Polaroid and champagne on request for anniversaries' recur almost word for word in several undisclosed posts; we treated them as copied and did not count them.
- The opening soup changes with the season: truffle soup in visits from February to May, sweet corn from June to September, Gongju chestnut in October. The raw-fish plate also varies — sea bream, yellowtail amberjack or greater amberjack.
