Jinmi Makchang's Seoul branch of a Daegu makchang house, right by exit 1 of Songpanaru station (Line 9), at 152 Ogeum-ro. Pork makchang arrives par-grilled (14,000 won a portion) and you finish it on the table grill; the signature 'makjjongkku' - makchang wrapped in potato dough - is limited to one per table. Seven posts price the set of two makchang portions, one potato makchang and two potato balls at 42,000 won. Side dishes and vegetables for the grill come from a self-serve bar. What sets it apart
- The makchang comes out already par-grilled in the kitchen - fifteen posts say so - so you only brown it at the table; one was told a single flip is enough. Another post noted less smell in their clothes because grilling is short.
- The first order must be at least three portions of grilled items; eight posts mention it. One says the potato makchang does not count toward the three; another, a couple, took the rule as a sign that portions are small. One pair skipped the potato makchang because three portions plus a side was too much.
- Expect to wait in the evening; eight posts say there is a queue. Three give times: 20 minutes at 7 pm on a weekday, 40 minutes on a weekday evening, 50 minutes from 5:10 pm on a Saturday. You write your name and party size on a list at the door and must stay nearby - nobody calls or texts you. Others walked straight in: just after opening at 4:10 on a weekday, early on a weekday, on a Sunday after the rush, late on a weekend, at 8:30 on a Saturday, and during the Chuseok holiday.
- Most visit posts describe the self-serve bar, and six say refills are free and unlimited. Besides lettuce and kimchi it has things to grill alongside the makchang: rice cakes, sweet potato, eggplant, bracken, mushrooms.

Only two posts actually parked: in the Truparking lot of the same building, with one hour validated - one stayed 1 hour 15 minutes and paid 2,000 won extra, and found the lot small for the restaurant's crowds even with spaces free on a weekday. Other posts copy the 'one hour free' line, and some copy 'no parking' (one of those is the Daegu original's listing).

The address says ground floor, but no post describes the floor from experience.
We don't know whether there is a step at the entrance or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in - nobody wrote about it, which is not the same as there being a problem.
Three posts say the toilet is inside the restaurant; two say it is separated by gender.

What we do not know
- Two phone numbers appear: 02-421-5161 (five posts) and 0507-1318-2997 (three). On reservations we only have hearsay that groups can book and a copied note about a mini-room for 7 to 12; no post booked ahead.
- Posts agree on 14,000 won per grilled portion (17,000 for beef makchang). Two give a full bill: 84,000 won for four makchang portions, a potato makchang, spicy noodles, beer and cola; about 60,000 won for two with the set, highballs and ramyeon. Two posts call it good value; two say portions are not large.
- Sixteen visit posts all give daily 16:00-24:00 opening hours, but most copied them from a map listing; 'no closing day' also appears only in copied blocks. One post copied the Daegu original's 17:00-02:00 hours, which we left out.
- Many posts follow one template: eight repeat the house copy (36-hour kelp ageing, applewood smoke, 'tasty even without dipping sauce') and the same string of search keywords, and a batch appeared on 27-28 September 2026. Only one discloses sponsorship. We treat the ageing and smoking story as the restaurant's own claim, not evidence.
