Bohumil is a cafe built around hand-poured filter coffee. It now sits at 30 Hyochangmok 2-gil, near Hyochang Park in Mapo-gu — it soft-opened there in July 2026, having previously been at 29 Ttukseom-ro 17-gil in Seongsu, the address on this listing. Hyochang-era posts give 5,000 won for an americano or latte, 5,000–7,000 for drip coffee and 7,000 for the Singsing juice. Many posts describe coffee and a book in a room full of wood furniture and plants. We read 30 posts from 3 August 2025 to 5 October 2026; 22 describe a visit (13 at Hyochang, 9 in Seongsu). We set aside three posts about the separate Tsushima branch in Japan and one about a different pop-up held at the Seongsu address.

What sets it apart
- Seven posts say the cafe moved here from Seongsu. One visitor on 18 July 2026 remembered the Seongsu shop as an open space with no walls and low benches; an August post noted that, unlike in Seongsu, there are now desks and many more seats.
- Four posts say there is somewhere to sit at the Hyochang shop: one lists a bar table plus tables for two to four, another a long table by the entrance and indoor seats in a glasshouse-like room. A Seongsu post from August 2025 complained there were no proper tables — that predates the move, so we did not count it for the current shop.
- Three posts mention outdoor seats. In one, a husband sat on the terrace while the writer stayed inside with the baby; another saw many guests outside with their dogs.
- Two posts were given a welcome tea — one when ordering coffee; the other found it refreshingly tart.

Of the 21 posts we gathered, 4 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Posts split one to one on the Hyochang chairs: one found them much more comfortable than before, the other said the wooden stools at the entrance bar table were small, hard and uncomfortable. One post says there are no power outlets.
- No post describes queuing. One visitor at noon on a weekend grabbed the last free seat straight away; another, having heard of lines since the soft opening, went at weekend opening time. Other posts found it nearly full, but none says how long anyone waited.
- All opening hours come from copied info blocks. Four August 2026 posts give 9am–5pm daily; a post from 29 September 2026 gives Tuesday–Sunday 9am–5pm, closed every Monday, so a Monday closure seems to have started between August and September. The Seongsu-era 10am–6pm daily belongs to the old shop and is left out.
- Only three Hyochang posts give prices, and drip coffee varies: 5,000, 6,000 and 7,000 won (an Ethiopian). Soft-opening prices may differ from later ones, and one post said the menu was not yet fixed.
- The only phone number, 010-5593-5080, appears in one copied info block, and no post says whether bookings are taken. One post advised checking Instagram (@bohumil_coffee) because hours changed during the soft opening.
- This listing's address, 29 Ttukseom-ro 17-gil, is the old Seongsu shop; every post from July 2026 on gives 30 Hyochangmok 2-gil. The 'bohumil coffee' in Izuhara, Tsushima is a separate branch opened in July 2025, and we did not count it here.
