Carol's is an American family restaurant on the third floor of Lotte World Mall in Jamsil, run by Sun At Food. People come in groups to share baby back ribs, Monte Cristo sandwiches, T-bone steak and pasta, ordered as sets or à la carte. What sets it apart
- Space is the most repeated point: 18 posts say the room is large or the tables well spaced. One contrasts it with the weekend scramble for seats elsewhere in the mall; others describe a mix of two-tops, four-tops, booths and a bar. The '197 seats' figure is copied from the restaurant's own description.
- Twenty posts say portions are large: a couple left part of the rib trio platter, another pair struggled with three dishes, and four people shared a three-person set with food to spare. Ordering fewer dishes than diners is common advice.
- Waits depend on timing. Four posts walked straight in (a Saturday, a holiday at 3 p.m., weekday evenings). Two waited: about 45 minutes on a holiday lunch, and a weekend Catchtable queue of 40 to 50 minutes. Six posts booked ahead via Naver or Catchtable.

Parking is in the paid Lotte World Mall garage, and several posts copy the note that Carol's does not validate. One post drove and says zone E3 on B5 is right by the elevator. Quoted fees range from 300 to 800 won per 10 minutes, so check before you go.

What we do not know
- Three clusters of posts share the same order and boilerplate: 3 from June 19–23, 2 from July 19 and 4 from September 12–16, 2026, all ordering the new dishes and pasting the same company links, event list and delivery note. Only one discloses sponsorship. We counted them since they describe real meals, but read their praise with that in mind.
- The menu changed: June 2026 posts call four dishes new (chicken alfredo, spicy seafood rice, chorizo pasta, pulled pork fries), and the rib trio platter appears as July's new item; June posts do not have it.
- Opinions on price split: 1 post calls it expensive, 2 say it is good value, 2 land in between. Two diners paid about 170,000 won for a rib combo, pasta, burger and drinks; another pair paid 241,000 won with the T-bone. The chorizo pasta is listed at 25,000 won in June–July and 24,000 in October. Two posts note there are no card or carrier discounts.
- One post found a 20-minute wait for food on a Saturday hard going; no other post mentions slow service.
