Japanese

HEIROKU SUSHI

헤이로쿠스시 Heiroku Seusi Heiroku is the Japanese reading of 平禄, the characters on the sign (roughly 'peace' and 'fortune'); the house is the Korean outpost of a Japanese conveyor-belt sushi chain.

Compiled from 15 blog posts read in fullSources →

A conveyor-belt sushi counter open to the corridor in the B1 food court (zone 3355) of Lotte World Mall in Jamsil, opposite MUJI. Plate colour sets the price, from 1,700 to 8,800 won; you take plates off the belt or order on the seat tablet. Each seat has a brush for soy sauce, green-tea powder and a hot-water tap. We read 17 posts from December 2024 to October 2026; 15 describe actual visits (a list of Japanese brands and a post about the Tokyo Ginza branch were set aside).

Counted from what bloggers wrote in their posts; we did not confirm it with the restaurant. Where the values differ, it may be a change over time rather than a disagreement, so we show when each one was written.

What sets it apart

  1. Expect to wait. Of 14 posts that discuss it, 13 waited: one hour; registered at 6:30 pm on a Thursday and seated around 7:30; 30-40 minutes at the door on a weekend even after queuing remotely on CatchTable; 10 minutes behind one party at noon on a weekday; four parties ahead at a weekday lunch; three parties. One post walked straight in at lunch. You join the queue on CatchTable or at the machine by the entrance.
  2. Seating is limited. Four posts call the shop small or short on seats. One June 2025 post counted four four-person tables and four counter seats; a September 2026 post counted four tables and six counter seats. Tables take up to four and the counter two or fewer, and three posts found counter seats freed up faster than tables.
  3. Thirteen posts ordered off-belt items on the seat tablet; three note you can set the rice amount and wasabi. Three say orders are made, torched or fried on the spot.
  4. Six posts mention green-tea powder at the seat to mix with the tap's hot water; one couldn't work out how to get hot water from it.

Getting inside

In a basement6 of 15 posts

Six posts place it themselves inside the B1 food court of Lotte World Mall, in front of MUJI. The shop is open to the walkway; one post suggests the counter if passers-by bother you.

No one wrote about steps or getting in with a wheelchair or stroller. That isn't evidence either way; we only know it's an open shopfront inside a mall food court.

No one mentioned toilets, so we don't know whether there is one in the shop or you use the mall's.

No one mentioned: Second floor · Lift to the floor · Ramp at the door · Step at the entrance · Step-free access · Toilet inside · Accessible toilet · Separate restrooms. That is not the same as there being none — it means we could not confirm it. Worth calling ahead, and do tell us: we will put it here.

What we do not know

  • No post calls it cheap. Two found it on the pricey side, one thought it mid-range. Two give a bill: just over 80,000 won for two (December 2024), and over 100,000 won on earlier visits (January 2026).
  • Fourteen posts list opening hours as 10:30-22:00 daily, all copied from listings. Last order is 21:30 in 2025 posts and 21:20 in five posts from January 2026 on, so it seems to have changed in between (one September 2026 post still says 21:30). No post mentions a closing day.
  • Two phone numbers circulate: 0507-1446-2849 (five posts) and 02-3213-2849 (three). Posts describe remote queuing on CatchTable rather than reservations.
  • Two posts say they came by subway. 'Two minutes from Jamsil Station exit 10' is copied listing information.
  • No post went with family. Companions were friends in three posts, a partner in two, and one went alone. One post saw many families with children; a high chair appears only in copied listing info.
