An izakaya a short walk (3–5 minutes) from Seongsu Station exit 4, tucked half a floor up off an alley on Yeonmujang-gil, opening at 5:30 pm. People come for aged sashimi platters (48,000 won for two, 68,000 for three), torched cured-mackerel bar sushi (18,500) and uni-cream laver pasta (26,500): of 21 visit posts, 10 ordered the sashimi, 11 the mackerel sushi and 9 the pasta. It is small, with six to eight bar seats and three or four tables, and the bar faces the chefs as they cut fish. We read 30 posts dated 16 July to 28 September 2026; 4 turned out to be about other places, 5 were roundup lists, and 21 describe actual visits.

Those who counted describe eight bar seats plus two four-tops and a two-top, about six counter seats, or eight bar seats and about three tables. Seven posts call it small; one found it roomier than expected. One advises booking for groups of three or more because there are few larger tables.

It is not below ground. Four posts place it: about a floor and a half up, half a floor up, between the first and second floors, and on the ground floor. One says the entrance is easy to miss—push the black door on the left.
No post mentions steps, a threshold, or wheelchair or stroller access. Three say the place sits about half a floor up, so there may be stairs, but nobody describes climbing any. We don't know either way.
Three posts say the toilet is inside the restaurant, and all three found it clean. Nobody says whether it is separated by gender.

Of the 26 posts we gathered, 5 went up on a single day right after a TV spot and show no sign of a visit. They retell the broadcast, so we left them out of the counts.
We do not discard them. That a TV spot produced a burst of posts is itself something worth knowing about a place, and a star rating will not show it.

What we do not know
- Thirteen posts give hours, all copied from listings: 5:30 pm to midnight, last order 11 pm. Twelve say closed Mondays, but the latest post (28 September) says there is no regular closing day. Four say Saturdays open at 5 pm; the rest lump Tuesday–Sunday together at 5:30. Check before you go.
- No post gives a total bill. Menu prices are consistent across August–September 2026 posts (sashimi for two 48,000 won, mackerel sushi 18,500, pasta 26,500, highballs 9,000–10,000). Two posts note there is no regular soju or bottled beer, and one says that pushes the bill up.
- Corkage varies by post. A July visit lists 30,000 won per 720 ml bottle of sake or wine and 50,000 for whisky or large sake; four August posts say one bottle is free Sunday to Thursday, one calling it a promotion, so we don't know if it still runs.
- Nine posts give the phone number 070-8648-1162. Two booked through CatchTable and one by phone. One post copies a rule limiting tables to two to two and a half hours when people are waiting, but nobody reports being held to it.
- No post discloses sponsorship; five say they paid their own way and sixteen say nothing. Among the five roundup lists, two pairs are the same text posted twice by the same author, and we did not count them as visits.
