The Seongsu No. 1 branch of the Tom N Toms coffee chain, on the ground floor of the Seoul Forest Halla Sigma Valley building at 51 Seongsu-iro. Pretzels and coffee are what people order most; the plain pretzel set (pretzel, Americano, dip) was 8,400 won on the November 2025 menu board and in a September 2026 post alike. The big windows fold open onto the street and there is outdoor seating, so posts describe it as a place to sit late or work on a laptop. It used to be open around the clock — 'open 24 hours, every day' in December 2024 — but by November 2025 it closed at 2 a.m., and a September 2026 post lists closing at 12:30 a.m. or 11 p.m. We read 25 posts from December 2024 to October 2026; 9 were about other branches (Ganghwa, Jeju, Hoengseong, Jongno, Guui) or chain news and were set aside. 14 posts describe an actual visit.

What sets it apart
- There is outdoor seating — four posts mention it, one likening the outside tables to a campsite. Two posts describe the windows folded open so the room runs straight onto the street. On a fine April 2025 weekend, one visitor found the outside nearly full and grabbed the one table that freed up at the end.
- Pretzels are made when you order. Three posts say so — one noting they come out straight away, another that they're baked on the spot. An April 2025 visitor saw staff kneading dough in the open kitchen as they walked in.
- Three posts call the room roomy — one adds that the chairs are comfortable, another that the tables are spaced well apart. One post sat at a bar table with power outlets.
- No post mentions waiting. Two say it was quiet — one at about 7:30 on a weekday evening with plenty of free seats, another that it's uncrowded enough to sit alone comfortably.

The address says ground floor, but no visitor wrote about floors or stairs.
No post says whether there is a step at the door or whether a wheelchair or stroller gets in. That means nobody wrote about it, not that there's a problem.
The toilets are outside the café. Two posts agree: off the building lobby next to the lift (September 2026), or out the back door to the shared ground-floor toilets of Halla Sigma Valley (February 2026). Nobody said whether they are split by gender or accessible.

- Opening hours have changed twice. A December 2024 post said open 24 hours every day (Sundays until 11 p.m.), and an April 2025 post copied 24-hour hours too. Posts from November 2025 and February 2026 list 7 a.m.–2 a.m. on weekdays, 9 a.m.–2 a.m. Saturday and 9 a.m.–11 p.m. Sunday. A September 2026 post lists 7 a.m.–12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 7 a.m.–11 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, and 8 a.m.–11 p.m. Sunday. Only that one post gives the latest hours, copied from the listing.
- Prices come from four posts that noted what they paid plus a menu board copied in November 2025. The mint-chocolate Tomnccino was 6,500 won in a May 2025 post but 6,300 on that menu. A September 2026 post copies a store promotion of 2,500-won Americanos for police, soldiers and firefighters.
